There usually pretty good when it comes to everything but today I got a large fry that probably could have been put into a small. The picture is without taking any fries. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again in the future. Chick-fil-A is usually pretty reliable at every location

In all honesty, this Chick Fil-A is the greatest I've ever eaten at. As soon as you walk in, they are friendly and welcoming. The dining establishment was spotless and delicious.
This store as been going down hill since the pandemic. During lock downs I was able to keep salads from this particular store at least one day. Now I am seeing salads with translucent, wilted or brown pieces of lettuce in them. On some occasions I have had strong stomach cramps that I can't help but correlate with eating salads from this particular store, but can't fully confirm. It would be wise for a health inspector to take a trip out there one time just to make sure everything is in order.
I’m very upset with this location. Ordered a southwest salad, which doesn’t include bacon in general. I just subbed the grilled chicken with nuggets and the dressing was the only customization I made to this order. I picked my order up and came home thinking it’s the same salad I’ve ordered countless times. I took my first bite, to chicken and bacon. I do not eat bacon for religious and cultural reasons. I understand peoples make mistakes, but this is a huge mistake! Manager gave me a refund and a new salad, but this kind of mistake shouldn’t happen, especially considering the salad does not include bacon to begin with.
Honestly, this is the best Chick Fil-A I’ve ever been in. As soon as you get in, they’re very welcoming and nice. The restaurant was very clean and satisfying. They serve your food right to you and you don’t even have to go and get your food. They have a children playground for your kids while you eat. The food was chefs kiss. Luckily, for me I met the owner of that chick Fil A and was telling him how much I liked it. He gave me a free chicken sandwich or chicken nuggets card. Honestly it made my whole day, and I’m very happy to be served by them. Thank you!
Worst layout for a Chick-fil-A ever. I understand busy, but they don't manage the crowd well at all. I ordered ahead, and went through the drive thru. Upon pulling in, the ask me to "park in front of the restaurant". Um, how about no? The parking lot is already full, there's 3 other cars with their hazard lights on hanging out in the driving lanes, and there's only one exit to the parking lot. And it's TIGHT. How about making my order on the spot, since I ordered ahead? Isn't that the point? AVOID this location, it's overwhelming busy and they do not manage it well AT ALL.
I love Chick-Fil-A but this location seems to be skimping on the food. The chicken sandwiches are almost all bun! The chicken is thin like a Patty! I only eat at Chick-Fil-A because I like the large portion of chicken and that's what makes them different. This is terrible! The same thing happened to me with their breakfast at this location. The eggs were small the biscuit was very thin and square! This location makes me feel like I'm at a low budget fast food chain! I will NEVER go back to this location again. Find another Chick-Fil-A in the area. This one is trash!
This place should get 5 stars but I have one issue. Why did you stop doing breakfast delivery? I loved it because I’m not an early riser and I didn’t have to worry about schlepping out of bed. I’m not about to pay doordash’s ridiculous fees. My usual order would cost double and that’s before tipping. And there was no delivery fee for your service. Please consider bringing it back. Other than that, excellent service like you’d find at any location and drive thru line moves fast!
