Local Chik Fil-A. No drive-thru. This location is very consistent. I always order carry out even though there’s never much of a line unless it’s peak lunchtime. They have a ton of curbside pickup spots.
I just love their sauces, signature waffle fries and popcorn chicken nuggets! It doesn't get more simple and delicious than that. Also, I've never had a bad meal no matter the franchise visited. Moderately priced for the flavor and service. Kid friendly and approved family favorite!
Ugh, they had a really bad time tonight. Service was bad, but that's fine, times are tough. Unfortunately they split our order without labeling both bags, so I picked up only our sides. Eh, it happens. Honestly, I really wanted a refund, but you have to drive back for a refund in person anyway. So might as well let them straighten it out. I drove back to find that even the unlabeled bag didn't have all our items in it. Ok, what's going on people? Maybe its just a bad night, but wow what a bad night.
Had a great lunch yesterday during our lunch break. Set up was pretty similar...no issue with lines or parking. We were able to sit far away from others to maintain distance. Sign up for ther rewards app to get more great items for free!
Nice atmosphere, however I was yelled at by a cashier for not having my mask on when I first walked in. I was distracted by making sure my newborn child was okay in their sling. I understand that they needed to do their job but everyone looked at the Young Man and saw that it was uncalled for. No one's life was put in danger for being maskless for one second. And my food was okay. The Nuggets were good but fries were too salty and not crunchy and fresh but soggy.
Quality and consistently good service! The pandemic put the employees through some horror, including an impromptu drive-thru. But the quality never changed. Hope the best for them!Only downside to this location is the parking lot. Beware of your fellow customers! They peel in with animalistic intent on grabbing waffle-fries. They're just as liable to take you with them... as a hood ornament.
I've been to many chick FIL a's, and this place has room to grow. This chick fill a is always busy. When I come to get my order I'm always waiting. Sometimes I wait 10-15 minutes after placing an order. I do appreciate the freebies from the manager. I think the staff needs to work on customer service and professionalism. But chick fill a is chick fil a, delicious food as always. Remember you are representing Jesus, and excellence is in your name!
Every time I order from Uber Eats this location gets my order wrong. A Missing sandwich two days ago and missing salad fixings and chicken sauces two days later. I give up on ordering from them again. The chicken is good but just dislike feeling disappointed every time I order.
I always get rewards for this location and I love it. Staff is friendly and efficient. Restaurant is clean and presentable. Ample curbside spots and drive thru moves quickly.
I visited for lunch today. I went to the counter to order the Grilled chicken Cool Wrap, MY FAVORITE, and a 5 lb bag of ice, another favorite! I don't like to complain, as I am extremely appreciative of all working in the food service industry, but the gentleman working was rude and said I couldn't order the ice. At first he hesitated trying to locate it in the computer and then said I couldn't order it. I asked if I could get a different size or option for ice and he abruptly said no. I asked if I could have a milkshake then instead, and he quickly said it was broken. Frustrated, I just told him to cancel my order and I left. I ultimately went to another location about 7 miles away to get my lunch, but goodness it was not a great experience!
