The second restaurant in Montgomery County where I had to ask for ice cold water in stead of lukewarm as if warmed under a pregnant sweaty woman's breast. Come on people, if you're gonna talk the talk, walk the gd walk. Excellent service otherwise and best food next to Saffron. Which is currently closed btw.Waitress juggle 14 tables with parties ranging from 2- 14 and never broke a sweat or swear word, kudos gurl!Got away under $18 each party of 2.Ok, so now the question.Will I go back?Fn a yeah, I'll bring my own ice.

Mr. Shetty who handles front desk on weekends is most rude, inept and unprofessional person, I have ever seen in restaurant industry in last two decades. Owners need to re-train the employees and higher more people. This is understaffed, unhygienic and unwelcoming establishment. I have to wait for one hour to take two orders of biryani?? Upon expressing my concern, I was not allowed to talk to manager/ owner. People handling the floor have neither customer service skills nor willing to learn them. In addition, food was dry and ingredients were not fresh. If you want pleasant dining/ take out experience, then this not place for you, please do favor on yourself and find another option.

We were 10 people 6 adults and 4 kids...we reached there around 2.30 pm on Sunday (04/10) and made the order. The staff were very kind and accomodative despite their closing time at 2.45 pm, they served the food. The food was amazing and felt authentic and feel at home. The Mutton gravy, fish 65 and chicken lollilop was fresh and tasty. we enjoyed the food. The quantity was a lot. Over all Chettinadu Indian Restaurant is truly authentic and delicious. Must go to place for typical South Indian food. Thank you team Chettinadu for your excellent food and hospitality. Truly amazing !!!
My friends and I went for lunch.We ordered chicken 65, rawa masala dosa and chicken biryani. All were spicy except the biryani. Overall had a great experience and would recommend this place to everyone.

Had the best Masala Dosa, Idly(With extra ordinarily delicious Sambar) and Goat Sukka Varuval. Hospitable hosts with wonderful dishes. Highly recommended.

South Indian places are always a hit or a miss but this one despite the ratings was definitely a hit. The idli with Sambar and Chutneys were so tasty and rich. Masala dosa was spot on. Chicken lollipop was marinated very very well and had a burst of flavor. The goat curry we got was super flavorful and had a good kick. The meat was very soft and tender. Overall I will definitely be coming back to try more options. I was genuinely impressed the first time around.
