I walked in here for lunch in Thursday to meet a client. The food was excellent and so was the service. I had a bowl with some veggies and meats, it was a healthy food for me. Never order online! They got NONE of my orders correct. They also left out A LOT of things in each bowl (I ordered 3). I don’t understand why that would happen since the things that go into the bowls are all printed right in front of them. Either they are lazy or cheap and leaving ingredients and sauces out on purpose. I ordered a total of 3 bowls with 6 sauces on the side and only got 2. I also wanted 3 different types of hummus topping, but only got 1. I should have checked to make sure everything was there but that would be very inconvenient and not ideal for takeout. If you do plan to order online, take the time to check. Very terrible take out service. Yes it’s not a “big deal” but its annoying if something is missing when you wanted it. Don’t waste your time and money at this location. Its just not worth the trouble.
We order from this location in Shady grove for our Corporate lunch parties. The staff are really amazing. Even though its a large custom order they make sure the order is delivered perfectly. The managers especially Paco was really helpful with the orders.
Every time I've gone in there the service has always been quick and friendly. Quality of food is always good!If you are looking for a quick Mediterranean bite to eat, this is it!
I’m always met with an attitude when asking for sauces while picking up my pre-orders at this location. If there were a location closer, I wouldn’t come to this one at all. Employees - in case you aren’t aware, there isn’t an option to add side-sauces on Cava’s app. If there were, customers wouldn’t need to pester you. Chill.
This location is always stingy with portions. Not to mention the employees almost always close the shop earlier than their actual listed closing times. Most of the employees just look like they don’t want to be there constantly. When I reached Erika at the cash register, she didn’t greet me in anyway, the only thing she said was “you want anything else?” And even that she said with an attitude. I replied no thanks and she said nothing. I even tried to wish her a good day as I left but she was too busy texting on her phone to reply. I don’t understand why the employees there are so miserable all the time and act like the tiniest portion is coming straight out of their paycheck. Wont be returning.

A very good bowl of spicy lamb meatballs on rice, love it and I try to have one every day when in town. BUT, I don't understand who the hell designed and approved the sink in the bathroom? Absolutely stupid and useless design, faucet is one inch from the back of the sink inner basin and no room for your hands to safely and fully wash off the soap. Unbelievably stupid design with no regard for ergonomics.
The food is great and I don’t usually have this but when I do I enjoy the meal. However the workers are ALWAYS stingy in adding toppings/rice which is very upsetting due to the prices that always come out. This needs to be fixed!! I bought 4 bowls and after I took it home for my family once we opened it we were very shocked on how only half of the bowls were filled. Smh
Ordered grains bowl with saffron white rice, got full bowl of some sort of green leaves instead. Check clearly says saffron white rice. They mix something up every other order, highly unreliable.
