Ordered via app. Their food size is shrinking every month! This time my bowel was almost half empty. It seems it is coming from the management as this is the third time I noticed it from this particular branch. The other branches I’ve tried provide appropriate and usual food amount.
5star for excellent customer service of Wallis I don’t know if I spelled it right but yeah I have been visiting this store many times and for the first time this day you have 1 employee that knows how to serve your customers the right way and politely. Hope he doesn’t change his attitude and not influence by the senior employees here
I’ve been holding off writing this… but it’s been a consistent disappointment now. This CAVA location has really slipped since the pandemic. Before the pandemic, I loved coming to the Rockville location. The employees were amazing and they were part of the reason why I loved CAVA. When I returned to this location after the pandemic, the customer service had declined drastically. I took a friend there for the first time because I had gone on and on about the food and the customer service and how I had always been eagerly greeted and help at every visit, but my friend was met with the complete opposite. Then the food has been served cold to me twice now. The meat was cold and the pita bread was tough and cold. It’s just sad to see a place that was once in my top three decrease dramatically in quality.
We received three incredible rice bowls from Cava, significantly better than a comparable dining group. We love how each bowl was clearly labelled with our customizations.Having the hummus, base, veggies, and proteins all portioned out was an excellent blend of flavor to enjoyment while eating.Our only complaint were the falafel meatballs, they were hard and dry, we are not sure what happened here, but they fell short of the bowl expectations.
Went there with my two young ones and my husband. We ordered three adults meal. The three bowls that we received were only three quarters full. Usually for a fast food place that is pick your own ingredients, such as CAVA, Chipotle, Bibibop, I generally cannot finish a bowl and is enough to share one with my youngest girl. But this time we need to order another meal because there is not enough food. We also saw someone else getting to the end of the line and has a mountain of food piled in the bowl. Don't know what is the trick. flavor wise it is on par with rest of the similar type of restaurant. With the amount of food I am getting, I probably won't come back to this CAVA again.
Excellent restaurant, their food is similar to Mediterranean dishes, can be a bowl (salad or rice) or served on bread. Allot of fresh vegetables,very tasty, healthy, and not very expensive.

Bad service, rude, and they’ve overcharged me on 3 consecutive occasions. The food is healthy and delicious which is why I give it a 3/5, and the service isn’t egregiously bad, but they can work on their customer facing attitude.
