It's strange to watch a restaurant somehow do worse post-COVID, but they managed to do it here.The past 3 times I've tried order here, the wait time goes 20-40 minutes past. Nobody's around to help or update you.One time we had a waitress make a spectacle out of our friend's service animal and made it sound like we brought in a feral dog.It's astonishing that they can operate on the skeleton crew in here, but it's ridiculous that 5 people in the kitchen can't a fryer without stroking out. Right now I've watched 4 people leave while waiting to be seated. Horrible swrvice, horrible wait time, and good luck if you decide on this and not the BonChon around the corner.
BWW has gone down hill over the past few years, but maybe it’s just the ones in the DMV. However, the staff was very nice and the food tasted just fine. Wrong sauces were received, but I was able to get the right sauce as a dipper, which was just fine. Tasty food and cold beer!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!If I could I would give them 0 starts!! I’ve lived in Rockville for years and there service just keeps getting worse and worse the wings are dryer and colder each time I go. The fries are hard and old still frozen like. Last night was the last straw when no one ever came to take our order we sat there for 45minutes!! And before you say anything it was not busy there was like 5 tables occupied that’s it the people next to us came at the same time and they got there food when we hadn’t even been asked what we wanted to drink!!! And when we asked a server he just said we had to wait for our own server and no one ever came!! Management truly sucks and customer service was the worst ever!!
They had most of the TVs and audio on a blowout NBA playoff divisional round game of 2 non-local teams. But, they didn’t change it to the NFL draft at the request of most of the patrons. Manager was not very nice when approached about it and refused to change it even after the game was over. Never come here for a big sports event because they have no idea how to manage it. You’re better off going to another nearby local bar.There was a guy behind the bar running around and busting his a**. He was really overworked but still tried his best. He’s the reason I am giving this place more than 1 star. Never coming back here again.
I’m writing this review on behalf of my disabled sister who came here to eat with her boyfriend. This area has a huge community full of disabled adults and it’s unfortunate that I have to write this review but I think my sister was taken advantage of here. I’m hoping it was a misunderstanding on the receipt print out but my sister usually goes off of the suggested gratuity at the bottom of her receipt in which it was calculated off of the wrong total for her meal so she left a 40% tip based off of that. NOW. This isn’t a huge loss money wise as the bill was not extravagant but it is the principle of the matter in the situation. I’m not quite sure why the wrong total was printed on the bottom of the receipt misleading her in this case but I will hope that it was not done on purpose. It’s a sad thing to see and it makes me upset for the disabled community if they are being taken advantage of by servers here. I will use it as a learning opportunity to teach her to better look at the totals and match them up but this is completely disgusting if done on purpose by the server.
I've been trying to get a refund for a canceled order for over 3 weeks. Multiple phone calls made and yet no resolution. Was told a general manager would contact me yesterday but crickets. I will not be ordering from you again and will contact corporate if needed to get my refund.
It was extremely busy most likely because it was the super bowl going on but I was told my wait for wings would be 30 to a 45 min wait and I ended up waiting almost 3 hours. But my server was great her name was summer.
I had their southwest black bean burger with fries and a chocolate cake dessert. Food was outdated and gave me food poisoning. Stay far away from here! There are way better local places to eat.
The prices were decent. I had wings and fries. It tasted fine and my server was nice. It was a good experience.
