Simple service and happy with it. The place is a small little local store with a name is straight forward for anyone to understand.Black Tea Bubble Tea: Surprisingly, there wasn't as much sugar as I thought. The tapioka and all was good and tasted great. No complains at all, good for sigar hit.I'ed recommend stipping by if you need some bubble tea in your life.

Ruby and Tina run a really great business and the tea is so tasty. I stop by once a week and am never disappointed. I highly recommend Bubble Tea Cafe. I am sure that you will find it great as well!
Hands-down the best bubble tea place in the area!! The flavors and sweetness levels are just perfect. Highly recommend the taro and mango flavors, but you can't go wrong with any of their flavors.
We tried the passionfruit green tea and Thai tea with soy milk, both teas were delicious! Love that there are nondairy milk options, nowhere else offers that so we will definitely be coming back. Great service, generous amount of tea for the price, and lots of boba!!
This place was amazing! The tea was fresh and I saw the person making it on the spot. The flavor is great, and plenty of boba so I don't have to worry about running out! I saw the positive reviews and I had to try it, and I don't regret it at all! If your in Rockville, and you love bubble tea try this place out! You will not regret it
This is my go to place for good Thai milk tea. The tea is always just the right amount of sweet and sugar...no bitter aftertaste either from that too long brewed thing. They have dairy free options for my "milk" where I love to have it made with coconut milk with just a little boba...though admittedly I would have more boba if my body could actually process it because it is the fresh kind so I still want some in it since it's so delicious versus tge pre-made stuff. Plus this is the only place I can get a 32 oz size for less than I can get 2 Thai iced tea at places. Good service, great value and just a good milk tea. I come from Laurel and stop by to get one every time I need a pick me up or am on my way to VA.
This place has good bubble tea in a wide variety of flavors. There are interesting snacks for sale, too; there is an assortment of little cakes. The staff are quite nice.
Best milk tea in town. Other places use only milk powder ?? but here you can use soy milk,almond milk or whole milk and I think the soy is better. Mango milk tea with soy...yummy!!!!. The lovely lady behind the counter is so nice.
This is the best boba in Maryland. It's not a chain and every drink I've had there is delicious. Try the cookies they sell too (homemade) they're incredible as well.
