The staff was kind and professional however did not call me to notify me there was no mango salsa. So I a little disappointed to find out when I get to the location to pick up our office order they have no mango salsa, mango salsa was a choice on the online menu and it hits big I'm our office. To tell you the truth if we had of known that they did not have mango salsa today we would of not placed our order. It totally bummed us out and no one really wanted to enjoy their food. Advice is to keep the mango salsa, this is a disappointment. Next time I will be sure to call.

ordered 6 salsas total for 3 different menu items and got only 2. Had to eat burrito, taco and chips dry.
This place was absolutely amazing! The customer service is phenomenal! Me and my daughter asked for a burrito to share, and when they served it they gave it to us already cut in half!!

We love Baja Fresh so much. Used to frequent the Congressional location until it closed which has worked out well because this location is even better! The manager is so nice. Even with my mom’s difficult order (she hates tomatoes - go figure) they happily and quickly remade her burrito when she found pico in it. No questions asked. This location deserves all the business!
i used to come this restaurant all the time when i lived in the area and i loved it. but recently i went there and had a bad food experience. i ended up getting sick after a few hours. but the prep is super fast and the people are so nice. such a bummer
Friendly people with tremendous customer service. I prefer their Mexicano Chicken and Baja Chicken Salad with vinegar dressing
