I was in line to pay and there were 5 people in front of me. The guy ringing folks up just plain old swiped everyone's card and checked them out. Then it's time to ring me up. I'm a dark skinned/black Latino. All of the sudden out of all the people he just checked out, he starts questioning me about if it's my name on the credit card. Wow, I was just profiled.
Excellent little Gem, bagels are the bomb, food is tasty and very clean and friendly. I will be back.
Stopped in for a bagel with cream cheese. The staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. Every visit I have made here has been great!
Cool looking spot but when they confirmed what we had they gave us the wrong order, and what we did get was burnt bagels.Others seem to have a great time here but our experience and quality of food was unfortunately a flop.
Best sausage, egg, and cheese bagel in the area. Great place for breakfast.
The food is great but the owner is so rude, he shouldn’t run a business with that type of attitude.
The store employees are so nice and super caring. I felt welcome every time and I went in and was never disappointed. They recommended me the Bibimbap today and I was mind blown. It looks so good, tasted amazing and large portion. Use the Gochujang ( spelled wrong lol) and couldn’t feel any vegetable. I really loved it… and you should check it out. Also the Zady is astonishing.. my sister always gets it.
Bagels and sandwiches-- I have been here a couple times and it's in a good location for the students at Uof MD Rockville campus --- lots of seating area and a good quick breakfast or lunch stop
Nice clean and decorated place. Management and all employees very friendly. Bagel selection small both quantity and selection. I don't think they are water kettles bagels, but steamed. New yorkers know the difference outcome product.
