A delicious Chicago style Pizza place. It’s located next to North Congressional Plaza. It has both dine in and tayout options. They serve classic Chicago style Dip dish pizzas as well as thin curst pizzas. You can build your own pizza. They also served mexican foods like caseedia and many more. Single sliced pizzas are also available. The service is good. A muat try place.
I already knew about Armand's rep for great deep dish, but I was in for surprise after being exposed to Allison's starpower. Within a minute of our interaction I felt at home and adjusted! Allison helped me with my pickup immediately and when I asked to sit down I was welcomed and offered a beverage. Reading my book with a professionally assisted dinner was a great way to end my night. I noticed she did a great job with assisting the rest of the guests with swiftness and all courtesy. Will be excited to come back for more
The pretzels tasted like wet paper towels. The skin on the fried wings was soft and soggy. The pizza was really good, but not what I expected when I ordered a deep dish. I’d order pizza from here again, but maybe not anything else
Delicious pizza, gluten free crust available and it's pretty good. Table dine in service available. Mostly take out. Reasonable price, but a bit slow because small staff working.
Heard great stuff about Armands; However pretty disappointed when I tried it. Ordered the deep dish and thin crust supreme and it was pretty much flavorless. The cheese and sausage had no flavor to it. I could have probably ordered a frozen pizza a gotten more flavor. For $60 I expected more. If you are a pizza lover prepare to be disappointed.
Staff is ok but walking around without masks on right, they told me 25 minutes but I waited for a whole hour while they just messed around on their phones and played around in the back. I had to complain to get my pizza out.
Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service— the server brought us cheese sticks that we didn’t order. We thought that the cheese sticks are service, but later, the waitress said that she gave us mistakenly and CHARGED it WITHOUT ANY APOLOGIES. She also brought our pizza to the other guests and brought it back, again WITHOUT ANY APOLOGIES (I wasn’t even sure if they touched our pizza or not. Disgusting!) The taste of pizza was blant. ABSOLUTELY WASTE OF MONEY!It was Jan 8 around 1pm. We ordered a Chicago deep dish.
This pizza was horrible we ordered 3 pizzas & chicken tenders the crust had no flavor it was hard and had a horrible texture. As if they didn’t let the dough fully rise. For the price I payed there was zero value!
The food is always fantastic and the delivery service is fast and very professional!
The customer service was absolutely terrible. The waiter was not attentive and unprofessional. From the time we were seated, till we were served was about 15 mins (after he said just a couple of mins). The waiter kept us waiting again to go run back and grab a pad of paper to take our order, because he forgot. We did not even get beverages for probably 20 mins. We ordered one large pizza to dine in and waited for an hour for the food. Another family that ordered just before us were served and done eating before we even got any food. After about 40 mins of waiting with no interaction at all, the waiter said it would be another 10 mins, but it was another 15. While we were waiting he never checked in with us, or even refilled our water the entire time we were there. There were only two groups of people dinning in at the time including us. The waiters were gossiping at the counter during this as well. To top it off, the waiter asked me to help pick up the plates for him to clear the table. The other customers that came in after we finally got our food, had ordered and received their food in less than 20 mins. We had only ordered a large pizza. In total from the time we entered and when we left, it was 2 hours. The pizza was not worth this amount of trouble.
