I love this place. Firstly, it is a big restaurant. It has lots of seating. It is a clean environment. The food is great. They have a big menu. I like all the fish and steak. Sometimes, they don't make well done steak, but management puts back on the grill and brings it back. Everyone is friendly. I love their sides. They are big though. My husband and I share both. Reasonable prices. Couldn't be better, really.
I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. Ever since it’s opening, it’s been a Pasadena staple. We come here for date nights, girls night out and even family outings. The atmosphere is relaxing and the service is always up to par. The reason for my review after all of these years is solely due to the waitress we had for our Easter dinner. Taylyn was a straight ROCKSTAR today. She waited on our family party of TEN with THREE kids. She didn’t skip a beat. Our orders were taken quickly, drinks were constantly refilled, she was kind and very attentive to our needs. Even during a busy rush she still nailed it. She deserves to be recognized and know that she was VERY appreciated.
Food was amazing! Would have give it 5 stars but the service was just ok. Ordered a steak to share and had to ask for an extra plate. Ordered sticky honey old bay wings and had to ask for wipes (got 3 and there were 4 people at the table). Ordered desserts to share and didn't get extra silverware. Also had to ask for a drink menu at the bar. Hopefully someone in management reads this and shares the feedback with their servers and bartender guy so they can improve their service.
Found it a bit pricey and main entrees on the smaller side. Even when you a side lobster tail to a meal at almost 20 they only give you have a tail.Atmosphere was spacious and cool.Wasn't happy about parking could only find one handicap space yet the closest spot of about 10 were for pickup.Our waitress and the staff other than front counter was super friendly and professional.
I was with 50 other people. The menu we had to choose from was excellent. We had two different types of appetizers plus a salad. I had the Tuscan shrimp with noodles and broccoli. The staff was amazing and very attentive. Great place
Waited 30 mins for old bay wings and never got them and was told the printer was broke after 30 mins waiting and asking about them. Clearly Chris forgot to put them in(people who came in 15 mins after us were getting apps before us)Steak was not the right temp. Mac and cheese was the saddest thing. My chicken and green beans were good. Would try it again. First time here just not happy.
They always accommodate my dairy allergy. It’s awesome! There’s not a bad item on the menu and I’ve had a ton of stuff here from the steak to grilled chicken and more! Huge array of delicious items and awesome customer service!
