I’d like to recognize an employee that was super special, her name is Emma! We were at a baseball tournament and needed to eat between games and the Greene Turtle is always a good choice. Emma immediately impressed us on how welcoming, friendly and also funny she was.Emma’s menu recommendations were great and we all enjoyed our meals! The Greene Turtle is extremely luckily to have a gem like Emma on staff!We live closer to three other Greene Turtles but I think we would go past those just to get to your location to see Emma again! ….and to get those delicious shrimp tacos!Fantastic customer service Emma, thank you!
We came for a celebration and had a minor misunderstanding with the waiter. That aside, we were able to work out our issues with the manager and come to a happy compromise. OUR misunderstanding was handled by the staff in a satisfactory, professional manner and we came to a good conclusion.
Emma was an amazing worker. She was very interactive with the customers and just all out very fun to be around. Also very quick about get your orders but the great thing is she gets them right. All out amazing
It was a great idea coming here for dinner! We had a large group and Emma and Victoria did a great job taking care of us. The kitchen was on a roll because everything came out correctly and pretty quick. The bar mixed up some good house drinks for us that were really good. Good times.
My son and I were having a day to ourselves and decided to come here for lunch. From the time we arrived to the time we left I had nothing but good things to say. The service was top notch and everything was delicious. Ashley made me an orange crush and I ordered the black and bleu shrimp salad which was absolutely incredible. I will definitely be back again for more amazing bar service!
Honestly the best Turtle i’ve been to. My waiter Curtis was very professional and everything came out hot and fast, he was also very friendly to my children, they LOVED the service we had. As did i. I don’t drink much but there were TONS of choices i left empty handed but the Bartender was also very detailed and gave me tons of info on what’s what i believe her name was Katrina definitely will be coming back to relax and grab some dip Much love to the Dena Turtle staff.
We came in with our Elementary School after Promotion and it was a lot of people. Emma was our server and was AWESOME!! She handled our huge guest like it was nothing. Food was great and the service was great. ❤️ Hearts ❤️
Wonderful service, restaurant is always clean and very humble employees! Everyone is welcoming and pleasurable to talk to. The food is amazing as well! Don't go without trying the Nola Chicken Bowl!
The food was amazing and I got the impossible burger, it was very good and the portions were great. Also the food was very quick considering it was a Friday night, also the food was warm very good job!
Love their apple pecan salad and pulled pork sandwich! The manager is super nice. Yes, things are slower than normal so plan accordingly.
