My husband and I visited this location coming back from.Ocean City celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary. The service was nothing short of incredible! Our server, Jonathan was so attentive and courteous. The manager, Paul was also so nice, giving us free samples for our first time there.The food was amazing! Ribs are delicious! This was our first time ever going to Texas Roadhouse and we will definitely return. Thank you for making our experience a great success!
Love this place. I am not a "steak" person, but even though this is a steak house, the other food on their menu is delicious. My family and friends love their steaks, but I love their chicken and pork chops, as well as their loaded potatoes and appetizers. Weekends are really busy and sometimes require a 30+/- minute wait time for a table, but to me, well worth the wait. If you don't like waiting, go on a weeknight when it's not as busy.
Great menu variety, good portions, generally tasty but takeout is problematic. Ordered twice in the past 15 months and both times had wrong items and missed items once I got home with the food. When you call to let them know they are nice about it and offer for you to drive back and get the correction (uh, no) or give a free appetizer certificate, but it is only good for 90 days. Overall I appreciate having this restaurant in our area but I will further limit my purchases to when I want to eat at the store.
Service was great. Food was great…except for one glaring exception. The new chili recipe has beans in it. Come on, guys, there’s no beans in Texas chili.
Okay. I've only been to this location and years ago, it was the place to be. Now days, I feel like the food is not cooked correctly. You have to send things back often and they run out of items too. I've tried ordering their tater skins for an appetizer on numerous occasions and they are out. Ribs are another one that they run out of. Also, the website is horrible for ordering. The price on food is good and the staff are friendly
Very accommodating. It was really warm when being seated. The manager heard our problem and took care of it right away and made sure we were so comfortable. The food was awesome. Our waiter was very pleasant and took care of all our needs. I would highly recommend going Texas roadhouse. Good food. Good prices. Good service!! Had a fantastic time!!
This was our first visit to Texas Roadhouse. We were greeted upon arrival & were seated right away (there is usually a long wait when I drive by). I thought our server was great, if he did not know the answer to a question he found out! The food was better than I anticipated & the rolls are quite amazing too! We will most definitely be back!
The service was very Good while the food selections are Good, this Good place could stand a step their game up on adding a Chicken breast made and served with a topping of filled crab meat on top to hence: Crab imperial so as to appeal to your NONE Steak eaters. Your Salmon is good but boring; add crab on top like an imperial. Other wise Good place to go too.
