Food was okay. Young lady working the window and inside ordering was fantastic. Food was missing from order. When I called to tell them, the response was we could get it next time. Then they hung up on me. I don't want it next time. I want the food I ordered when I ordered it! Shame that they almost NEVER get an order right at this place. Even when you go inside to order.
I absolutely love Taco Bell as a whole, but this store is managed horribly. Their hours constantly shift randomly to where you can’t trust what’s listed on google at all, it is almost always understaffed to the point where the drive through takes over five to ten minutes PER CAR, they were out of Diablo sauce for months with seemingly no care to fix it, and the food is often very disappointing compared with other Taco Bell’s. It has been this way ever since I moved here a year ago with random very short bursts of functioning normally before getting understaffed and terribly slow again. I save more time driving 10 minutes further to the Taco Bell in Arnold than waiting in this one’s drive through.
The service was quicker than some have experienced, but our last food order was awful. It looked like everything was just off centered when made - the ingredients were shifted even though they were laid flat in the bag, and there was a lack of ingredients on most of the food items we ordered. I got a quesadilla that barely had any cheese or zero sauce, my husband got a couple of tacos that were missing cheese and most of the meat, and the potato griller was also lacking filling. We've also driven past this location at a time where they should not even be close to closing, but the open sign is turned off and the entire building is dark. I don't know what is going on with this location, but something has got to give.
What a joke this location is run by the most incompetent people out there. Waited 35 Minton drive thru to be told they are closing and refusing service to everyone. This was at 845 in the evening. Management has confirmed they can not get good help so must do what they can. Is this the answer you want to hear?
Lazy employees the mixed girl with the curly hair and the big girl made everyone wait and are refusing to make any food for anyone even with mobile orders. Also threatened to call the police on me because after waiting thirty minutes and being ignored at the order thing and more people came she started making other food and refused to tell me her name. Left with no food and had to cancel my order
Placed online order &get toTaco Bell at 8:10PM & my online portal states order is complete employees inside but no one answering drive through and doors locked. Husband pulls to the window with employees just standing there laughing. This isn’t my first horrible experience with this horrible place. It needs new managment like yesterday.
This location closes the lobby and then runs the drive through a single order at a time. I’m sure their metrics look great for corporate as they literally tell you not to pull forward until your food is ready. If you decide to brave the line be ready to wait 20 min to get to the window. Maybe pay your workers and hire enough of them to run a competent business. The Wendy’s next door was fine.
I have gone their twice in the last year and have had horrible service/experience.1st instance, I brought my son to pickup our order, and we didnt have our order after waiting for almost 2 hours.2nd instance, store suddenly closed early and the employees just hid inside while a drive thru line built up.Needless to say that I won't be ordering from this taco bell anymore.
Slow drive threw. Only let's one car from the order box to the pick window at a time. Food comes wrong/ missing items more time then not. Only thing keeping from a one star is brakefast food and service is most of the time fairly decent
Never had a problem with food orders, but lately they’ve been closing(?) at 8:00pm. Last week my girlfriend sat in the drive through for about 20-minutes before she heard the speaker for the customer ahead of her being told that they were no longer taking orders. After hearing this, the lights were turned off.We went by last night, figured it may have been a one-night thing, but arrived just before 8:00pm and sat in-line for about 15-minutes with the line not moving at all. Suddenly, the lights turned off and we looked at the time, it was just after 8:00pm…If the hours are going to change (maybe they are short-staffed, maybe this is only for the Holidays?), then let your customers know by posting the hours on the billboard, on the front doors, or even a note on the drive-through menu. Anything, really. We left and circled back around and the same cars were still in the same spots, with the lights out to the store 10-minutes later.I get that some folks don’t want confrontation and that those in-line may be upset at the store closing, but they’ll be even more mad when they’ve wasted a ton of time in a line that isn’t taking orders because the store is closed.Long story short, we went to the next nearest Taco Bell in Severna Park, they were open, had no line, and got our order quickly and correctly.
