The last two days I have went up to the counter and the guy stood with his back towards me the whole time. After standing and waiting for him to turn around I tried to get his attention by saying excuse me really loud but he would not even turn around. He was acting like he was doing something but he wasn’t because I walked around the side to see what he was doing. I think you need to hire someone that wants to work or you will be loosing a lot of money if he does this to everyone. Another lady tried to order something a few minutes after I walked away and she ended up leaving as well.
So was thinking 5th time would be the charm after 4 failed attempts to make a simple coffee drink, but at 6am friday 4/29. I ordered the same drink I get from Dinkin for the last 6 years. I gave them 2 times to fix the drink and as the line was building they offered to refund me but i was sure it would cause the people waiting to be late for work so I declined and left for the last time. It would have been nice to have a SB in the Deana but so much for that.

I typically don't go to SB bc I don't care for their hot drinks. I needed to break a bill and went to BK 1st who was out of everything I attempted to order, which is how I ended up at SB. Their cold drinks myself and SO got were delicious and the service was fantastic. Even though they too were out of 1 of the items we purchased, their attitude was significantly better than BK was and they offered us alternatives to that particular item too. Great location & service!
Went to Starbucks to get a Frappuccino . The website says they are open till 9 at the Safeway location . Got there at 8:04 and the employee said sorry we are closed.
I love me my Starbucks, but I've gone to this location 5 or 6 times, trying to give it the benefit of the doubt. However, the drink I order (and they aren't complicated) are always wrong. I always leave disappointed. I wont be coming back to this location.
