Everything from the atmosphere to the food was fantastic! You can taste the quality in the ingredients and tell the level of thought that went into each recipe. Not to mention, the family who owns and operates this restaurant are great hosts. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Great new addition to Pasadena waterfront dining. Really nice happy hour setup inside even if waiting for a table. Food was exactly as pictures had shown online and if the weather is nice, a great relaxing view of a sunset.The shrimp and tacos were great, did not think to take a picture until half way through eating. Fairview Marina is lucky to have such a great restaurant onsite.

Great waterfront dining in the Fairview Marina. My wife and I went for their soft opening and will definitely be going back. The owners are hands on and the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. We started with the Charred Brussels. They had a nice mellow smokey taste with an added zing from the chipotle aoli and crispy bacon. My wife ordered the Sofrito Braised Pork which was a large portion. The pork was very tender and flavorful. The poblano cream sauce along with the grilled corn and poblano salsa was an awesome flavor combination. I ordered the Grilled Ancho Spiced Chicken. The chicken was mildly spiced and the sweeter coconut curry yam puree was a great compliment. It was a nice spicy sweet combination that wasnt over done. We wanted to try the desserts but were just too full. The prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality of food. We also took a nice stroll along the piers after dinner...Enjoy!
My Daughter's Dinner Rehearsal was held here this past Thursday! It is an Absolutely Beautiful, Wonderful Place!! It is on the water too! We had an Incredible Gorgeous Evening! It started at 6pm. So the Sun was still up! Beautiful Skies, Beautiful Sunset standing out there on their big deck with table and chairs on the water. The Dinner was inside and it is Very, Very Clean And Sooo Lovely Inside!! The Staff was Absolutely Phenomenal, Excellent on everything!! The Food and Drinks were Delicious!! I'm So Happy that Evan's Parents picked This Place!! It was Absolutely Perfect the whole night!!If you want to have a private event, this place is the Perfect Place to do it at!!The Mother of the Bride
Sam and Maggie’s hosted our son’s rehearsal dinner, and everything was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, which was outstanding and their level of professionalism, their food quality, and quantity. Jake and his staff’s care of us was very much appreciated. I would without reservation recommend Sam and Maggie’s to anyone who appreciates a fine meal and perfectly enjoyable ambiance.
