So I ordered from Uber Eats last night (9:17PM) to be exact. My Uber driver called and said they were out of nuggets (we ordered a nuggets kid meal), so we asked for strips.... Nope no stripes either so I said fine I'm okay with wings. My wife ordered a 2 piece dinner dark with a LARGE mashed potatoes. Instead they gave 4 pieces of wings and a regular size mashed potato.Now I understand it's chicken but there were pieces of feathers on the chicken as if it weren't cleaned properly. Next, my red beans and rice were COLD and the rice was crunchy.
Food was cold when I got it and my wife's food was wrong when she got it the diet coke was flat win I told them they did not seem to care. I would love to get my refund back but when I asked for one back the guy that took my order said they don't give refunds so I was still hungry and broke no more money to get more food me and my wife was disappointed in how we was treated so I'm sorry I love God Jesus I know must places would of helped us but this one did not care about what I was saying ? good luck in your business so I give this one 1 star only
I ordered online for my family and I at 9:40. The store closes at 10:30 or 11. I get there at 10 and the lights outside are off but inside are on. I drove up to the window. I see a janitor walk by and just stare at me and just walk away. Then I see the manager come out and just stare at me and then turn the light off. He then walks away and comes right back. He stares at me and walks away again. So I just drive away. What kind of a manager just stares at the customer and says nothing? You couldn’t take 30 seconds out of your time and go to the window and say “hey sorry we closed early today?” Ridiculous.
Worst service ever!!! Ask specifically for dark meat. Confirmed with the gentleman at the window. Got home not was mixed white meat & dark!! I don’t care if white meat is more expensive. I wanted dark meat. Manager didn’t even care to talk to me! Customer service sucks!!! I don’t recommend this Popeyes in Pasadena Md
Hair in food, food not fresh, service was shtt. It’s looking racially motivated too. I would never come back & I suggest you don’t go at all on any giving day for any reason. I couldn’t drink the tea after I found a hair I can guarantee they aren’t using gloves let alone hair nets/ hats. DO NOT GO!
Bad food kids that don't care management not monitoring staff or food. Since they have decided to only have drive-thru service the quality of the food has dropped. I don't understand why they feel the need to smash the bun on the chicken sandwich before they package it. So now you receive a thin gummy bun instead of a fluffy bun. I went on 03/04/2022 and ordered a 3 piece spicy chicken combo white meat with a sweet tea and a 12 piece chicken nugget combo with sweet tea. I received a 3 piece dark not spicy old barely warm dry combo with and unsweetened tea and a 12 piece chicken nugget combo with french fries that were cold and soggy and the chicken nuggets were barely warm and an unsweetened tea. This place was much better than this when you could walk in and order food. My guess is since you can't see them making your food and what's sitting under the heat lamp they don't care. Guess it's time to drive to another location and see if the food is served as it should be.
Chicken was dry cold. Even there drive up window light was out chicken used to be good now outright socks
This was completely unacceptable. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I live 3 minutes from the restaurant. When I got home this is what I pulled out of my bag. I was so disgusted. The pictures tell a lot... the pic with the pickles is the bottom of the bun. The chicken was a BIG ball of inedible meat. I also received cold, stale fries! I didn't go back because I had just flown home from a trip and I just wanted to eat and sleep. Needless to say, I went to sleep hungry.
I'll just say the staff there tonight was pretty freaking fantastic.My only complaint was there was no more Mac and cheese ( which...is why we came? )But to the young lady ( Alyssa ) who took our order, to the young man who brought our food out, to the person who wrote ' have a great new year ' on my cup ... very professional and very polite.
Would be zero stars for the lobby being closed, but it forced me to give you at least one star. El Pollo Loco on Mountain Road across from The Office Bar and Grille gets my chicken-related business from now on. If you are going to be a franchise that makes it harder on privately owned small businesses, you, at least, should actually open your restaurant.
