Last month was my first time ordering from this Pizza Hut establishment and I have to say that upon seeing so many negative reviews, I was very iffy about ordering from them. But because I was really craving some Pizza Hut pizza while being at work in this particular area, it isn't like I had much of a choice, especially if I wanted to satisfy my pizza craving. So, with that said, I placed my order, which included a Spicy Lover's or Meat Lover's pizza, cheese sticks, and cinnamon sticks. Honestly speaking, I was pretty anxious to see how my order would taste. especially because, again, I read the many negative reviews. To my pleasant surprise, the staff that assisted me were polite, friendly, and courteous, which was such a relief. Upon tasting my food, I definitely thought everything was good. My only issue, which is the reason for the 4-star rating, was that there was a bit too much cheese on my pizza. In my order, I had requested for my pizza to include light cheese. So, with that said, I couldn't really enjoy my pizza as I really wanted to. However, it was still enjoyable as opposed to unbearable. In conclusion is the big million-dollar question: would I ever go back to this establishment again if I were in this area? Yes, absolutely. And to everyone considering this particular establishment for pizza but are hesitant because of the reviews: please check out the establishment for yourself. Don't let other people sway you into avoiding it. Make your own judgment and have your own experience.

They're only getting three stars because they messed up my order one pizza was a meat lovers which was done right and the second pizza was a Hawaiian but to have an Hawaiian pizza requires having pineapples I had everything on the pizza except for pineapples I was upset and disappointed three stars from now could go back up I couldn't go down depends on if I go back to Pizza Hut in the future

Ordered online. My card was charged twice-upon calling the restaurant I was told there was nothing they could do but they could take my order again. They did take my order again-but wanted to charge me a THIRD time. When I asked to speak with their manager I was told “she was busy” and there was nothing she could do. So we have now been charged $75 for food that we never received. Left a complaint with their corporate office. Absolutely horrible customer service. As a restaurant manager myself, the manager could have simply just made the situation right by sending our order and we could have handled the duplicate card with our credit card company. Will not be ordering from here again.

I’m into the 2nd Hour awaiting for the pizza to be delivered. If they had negative stars, that’s what they would get from me. Terrible customer service.

ordered a pizza and got it 3 hrs layer. I don't blame the driver; it was snowing, and he was the only one, but we should have been notified of the longer delay and at least got a discount or free something.

I love Pizza Hut pizza thin and crispy with EXTRA sauce. the store I order from on 8149C RITCHIE HIGHWAY always gets my pizza right. I also love how the green peppers are cut and baked. so delicious! The extra sauce really makes the pizza. Thanks.

Very expensive, literally barely had 1 jalapeño or entire olive over the entire pizza. This is seriously the worst pizza and I DO NOT INTEND TO ORDER FROM PIZZAHUT after this experience.

I was thoroughly underwhelmed by the food and service I received from this Pizza Hut location. My food was running about 30-40 mins late so I called the restaurant to check on the status of my delivery. The woman who answered the phone made an excuse for the lateness while not apologizing or offering anything for the inconvenience. When the food arrived it was almost cold. I ordered 6 wings with my pizza and one was shriveled and over cooked. Not sure why they thought this was ok to send out to a customer. When I make a decision to have a cheat meal I hope for a good eating experience. They did not give me what I was looking for. I will never use this location again. Poor customer service is why larger food chains are losing their competitive edge over smaller mom and pop restaurants. Don’t waste your time, money, or calories with this location.

There was a large piece of plastic cooked into my pizza. My husband spit it out of his mouth after taking a bite. I have the plastic and a picture of it as well.

I've gone here many times because it's right next to BJ's club. Well they have messed up my order so many times that I've finally given up on this location. I ordered a simple pizza. Extra sauce, light chess, bacon, extra pepperoni. Had extra cheese, normal bacon and normal pepperoni. So I took it back and told them I want my money back, the girl got the manager. Manager had an attitude and said yeah I don't see a problem with the pizza, I'm looking at your receipt and I don't see a problem. Told her the pizza is fine, it's the person who can't read the screen and clearly can't read the receipt either. Does that look like extra pepperoni and light cheese? Oh, yes, I guess not. Rude manager, tired of the location. I'll never go back. So I said no, I don't want another I want a refund. She told me give her 15 mins and she will. I expect to have to dispute the charge on my credit card cause she clearly didn't care.Update 12-23-21: I was correct, charged cleared today and the manager did not refund the order to me. I'm not surprised as she clearly didn't want me to have a refund. I had to call and dispute the charge with my credit card company. Stay clear of this place.
