I ordered my pizza soda and brownies at 5:53 p.m. tonight. At 6:13 I received a text message that it was on its way for delivery. My food did not arrive until 7:39 tonight and it was ice cold. I called the store several times and was given one excuse after another as to why my dinner had not arrived yet. No I would not recommend this Papa John's, and no I will not be ordering from them anymore

Nick, the manager, is rude and has NO customer service skills whatsoever. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. Ordered food and they only sent half the order. When I called they tried to say it had all be delivered.
called at 11:00 for carryout, operator said “ papa john’s pasadena, we’re closed. They hung up on me. Just feel like that was unprofessional and untrue, considering their answering machine says they are open until 12 or later.
The pepperoni New York style pizza was very good and the Philadelphia cheesesteak Pizza was very good. Will definitely buy again.
I accidentally placed my order for carry out when meaning to place it for delivery. I called the store when I realized and the manager had it sent out with a driver immediately and assured me it was no problem. And the food was still hot and cooked correctly. People always leave reviews when they have a bad experience so wanted to make sure they were recognized for their exceptional customer service as well.
Last time I'll order from them! For some reason my last two, very simple pizza orders were messed up but I decided to try again last night, Ordered a veggie pizza and a papidia. It was supposed to arrive in 30-40 minutes, ok great. I kept watch for the delivery person so I could make sure I beat the dog to the door when it arrived. Finally at the 1 hour mark with no delivery I called to get a status on it. It was raining and I figured Mountain Rd traffic at 8pm could have been why it was taking so long. To my surprise the order WAS DELIVERED. I found it on my front step, soaking wet! This cost me $40 with delivery and tip. Not only was it wet and cold, ants decided to take shelter in the box. It was DISGUSTING. I guess this was 'no contact delivery' even though I didn't request it. And it would have been fine if the driver would have used a little common sense and banged on the door and made sure the customer was aware their order had arrived. No more, I'm done with this place and it makes me angry because I really do like the food.
Super appreciate that Papa John’s (Pasadena) is remaking my pizzas since I hadn’t realized I set it up for carry out instead of delivery

Had the Papadillas delivered. Food was tasty, reasonably priced, and the delivery driver was awesome and fast! Well with the delivery fee, and was more than happy to tip the driver as well.
