For the second time in a week I’ve received a completely wrong order but what’s frustrating with this particular experience is I knew I would and tried to rectify it at every turn. Tried to correct the man taking my order in drive through, tried to verify my order with the payment window, tried to make sure everything was good at the pick up window.One of the burgers for my #7 didn’t even have a patty! Ordered the exact same way as the other.I double and triple checked that my toddlers meal had the apple slices, confirmed at all three stations… but no apple slices.Last time I got a cheeseburger instead of the nugget happy meal i ordered.Very frustrating experience and it wasn’t even busy at the time I was the only car in the drive through until the payment window.
Order is wrong more than half the time lately. I can't afford to waste money here anymore. A root beer is not a diet coke or Dr pepper.. sandwiches should not be literally hard to bite into.. When someone orders and pays for the MEAL it means it includes a hash brown.. I tried to keep giving this place a chance but I'm just done now..
This McDonald's in particular is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Every time I go there, the employees are the kindest and quickest. Even after remaking someone's drink several times for a far too picky customer, not realizing that he was at a McDonald's, not a Starbucks, and being yelled at repeatedly for a situation that they had no control over, when I pulled up to the window they were still just as friendly as ever. I pass 3 McDonalds coming home from work just to go to this one. Every order I put in, I put in with a smile and they respond with a smile. The man on drive through said today "how can I McHelp you" which put a huge smile on face, especially with how enthused he was to say it.At the end of the day, you may say it's just McDonald's, but some McDonalds are just different. Morning, day or night shift this is truly the best McDonald's around.
Have absolutely no experience with the daytime people, for all I know it could literally be the worst McDonalds during that time. I primarily deal with Night Shift crew when I do DoorDash.This is seriously the only McDonalds that isn't slow as molasses at night. Crew are respectful and seem to enjoy their jobs. Awesome to work with and I look forward to getting orders from here. Food seems fresh although I only ever get coffee or a soda from here.Drive Semi-Trucks during the day and this place is genuinely nicer than most warehouse staff I talk to. Awesome stuff. Do DD at night for extra income.Keep being awesome here, y'all are really showing the other MD's how to do it. Thank you for not requiring the driver to walk into the lobby at night like the Owings Mills location. While I've sometimes had to wait awhile, that's just the nature of late night pickups.-Dylan C
EVERY single time we order thru Drive Thru .. The portions are shy of what size is. Large fills half way! Always missing or mess up our orders. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE QUALITY OF FOOD. NEVER FRESH!!!
I had the most fantastic McDonalds experience ever today! I learned how to use the McDonalds app, and let me tell you, you can really get some GOOD bargains! Today the helpful lady behind the counter was able to assist me in narrowing down which deal would be best for me. I was able to get two McChickens and a 10 Piece Nuggets for only $3.71!
The day time people are very rude and are 100% guaranteed to mess up your order fries weren’t even close to full. They charged up a meal wrong. They don’t give enough sauce. The night time people are much nicer and overall better.
Great food. Great service. What else is there. This is my go to McDonald's. Get it, well you better go get it.
As always they messed the drive thru order. Asked for ketchup. None in bag. They suck.
I go to this McDonald's for my mom almost every morning it is a pleasure to order at this location now because of miss Wanda. She gives me Chick-fil-A service every time she's working. She is always customer friendly ,nice And very helpful. Thank you Miss Wanda for bringing a standard of customer service Back to this McDonald's. I really appreciate you.
