very rude and nasty casher and Manager work this morning cuss in front of my grandson daughter eat going to file a complaint with corporate as soon as I find how to contact the right person
Never stepping foot in this place again. They got my order wrong (of course) and gave me something I did not like. I called since it was now after breakfast hours to see if I could get the sandwich I ordered. After a while of talking she said all I had to do was come and say my name and the sandwich would be ready. When I get there, she's asking where's the other sandwich at. When we spoke she never said I needed it though I said I could bring it, and she even admitted she never said when she told me what to do to bring the sandwich. She's going back and forth with me now and I don't understand it. Terrible establishment, terrible employees.
First the positives: the staff is always nice and pleasant, the food always tastes good, and I have rarely, if ever, had a wrong order.My only grievance is that in the last year or so EVERY SINGLE TIME I have gone through the drive through I get asked to move up to the wait spaces. Now if they are busy I really don't mind too much but today I went and the drive through was empty and I was still asked to pull to the waiting area. I did not have a big order, just 2 quarter pounder meals. Please stop doing this. It's really annoying. Its the reason I've lessened my visits.
am on a mission to get McDonald’s on small foot Wood Road out of business this is particular location has been a thorn of flesh of a whole bunch of people and it’s high time we write the offices in charge of property investigation and permit. Every single customer and resident deserves respect. I watched a lady get so humiliated and brought down to nothing. This is why many people complain about racism because I doubt in so many ways that anyone would have treated a non person of color in such degreasing and dehumanizing way. Ofcourse I drive after her to the royal farms. Prior at the McDonald’s location ,I heard the lady say hello good evening,can I have 3 double cheese burger? And here comes probably the girlfriend or daughter to the owner. Are you not the lady that was banned from coming here by the police,it was so loud and everyone quickly tried to see her,then the lady said well I don’t understand ma’am can I pls have my order. And she said get back to the second window, I did not place any order wanting to see if the lady was right wrong or would apologize. Oh wow!! Another lady was given her the total and she gave her code and out of respect asked if the server was the one who spoke ,and here the madam shows up. You are the lady who got into it with on of our managers and been band(eith eyes rolling) and the customer said well it would have been nice to have me come up here instead of shouting out without even listening. Now the ladies version, it’s been cleared cause the police said it was not a complain of food or services,it was a particular manager who had called her fat previously and she addressed that felt smart enough to call the police, remember the police never listens . And they asked her not to come,prior to this the lady had courysiousky called the head office while the incident happened the first times, she had made several reports but as usual customers mean nothing. The supervisor called the lady telling her she was sorry and the owner will reach out and they gonna send a sorry food card which she objected. Thr manager never did and no one ever handled her complain which was long over due. So the day the lady addressed the manager was the lady getting it to the peak from that manager who felt because the customer and due to that just refused to change an order 1$ in a bid to frustrate her not to come. Now, another manager and most staff were shocked as they testified of how nice and how friendly this customer is . Some even left sfter the episode. Now, she explained to the other managers and the supervisor that she had mental health issues and already feels very belittled, and then coming out to pay for services and hearing the lady insult her back to back with no one looking up to say anything to the lady made her feel sidelined. Ofcourse ! She left and never went there. Just like a case of asylum, if you run to a country for fear of death or something else from a certain location,site you can still go there as long as the threat to life is eliminated or rules changed. Like it it was circumcision and the law had changed it you are free to go back. This customer felt since the manager had left it was ok for her to go . But she got insulted for patronizing. This are amongst the few not worthy of penning down as those may just be complains of being rude and nasty,which is a normal with McDonald’s . I wish they can take the hiring manager of burger Kinney there . As as residence of small fortwood Road we do not want this business on our and in our premises given services to anybody on properties around small Fallswood Road because first of all when you go out there to buy food you go out there to buy food expecting people to give you a decent approach every dollar means something people don’t pluck monies from the three and for God sakes I do not know the hiring manager of McDonald’s however I do not think desperation should make McDonald’shire people without any form of customer service those not even worthy of working in a public restroom. Ordered on the evening of 4/10/22. Sidel (name on receipt) was super fast at taking orders and cashiering. He was upbeat and friendly. He is an asset to your team. The little lady working the window with long brown hair that night was also upbeat and quickly working in efficiency mode. This front of the house group was on point. They get 10 stars. Your cooks do NOT cook the fries long enough. The last three times I've gotten food, they are so undercooked we just throw them away. Almost raw. Please fix this! If it happens again, I'll have to start trying the Ft Smallwood location to get my McDs fix. Such a disappointment because the crew really works well together.
Service not good food nasty buns test nasty and when you order it takes someone like 15 minutes to do that food is cold all time in less owner is in there to make them care about the food I use to eat McDonald's like every day now I only eat it 1 time a month because it got so bad nasty cold cold food I give it 1 ? only
Im really not sure what to say yes they were fast yes they did get my order correct it was only a large fry a fish sandwich and a large coke but unfortanely id have to agree whats fast service if the large fries are really medium because to me i could let it slide but to a child they were robbed lol and yes the large coke was some how not a large coke not sure how that was low because dont they just push a button and the machine filles the cup with ice then soda, odd. Im gonna just give them there avearge star score you be the judge ive only been there a couple times in years so i hope they are better to you.
The worse place… always always always forget the F#%% BBQ. Today I asked and and the lady tells me.. is inside the bag… guess what? It was nothing inside… they should fire everyone including the manager… I’m so mad with this place.. I will ever come back in my life.
This is by far the worst McDonald's in the world the worst don't go there don't expect to get any politeness from them people expect your orders to be wrong expect to get your drink spilled on you without a sorry let me get you another one and some napkins just expect the worst service in the world
My go to quick fix; when I am hungry for a good burger and the BEST FRIES EVER!!!
