This place was very nice! It's got a friendly environment, and calming atmosphere. The staff and service makes you feel as if you're at home, along with the food which feels nostalgic and warm.The service was alright, we had to remind the waitress to grab the check along with serving us the wrong food.As for the cleanliness of the place, it was alright. Nothing extraordinary about that.The food on the other hand was sub-par, it's for sure edible, but something about it was off.
Just had breakfast there today, wait staff was good as usual, but they changed vendors for where they got their sausage, no where near as good, actually was a let down. I will still go there, but won't be ordering that again
Was in the area wondering around at various markets, Johnny’s was recommended by several people from other businesses. Place was clean, people all very friendly, menu was large and varied. The food itself was the highlight tho, quick delicious and fresh. I will definitely be going back the next time I find myself in that part of town.
I was very disappointed in the service here today. We came in and were told to seat ourselves. There was only one table available, it had a serving tray on it and we needed another chair. After asking multiple employees who were just standing around not trying to help in any way we decided to go somewhere else. That wasn't so bad but the waitress working in the back was extremely rude... just a nasty attitude. You guys had customers standing by a table trying to figure out if they could sit there and rather then ask us to wait or God forbid provide some service or guidance I was given an attitude and snapped at with a "excuse me" in a nasty tone and a huff as though I was putting her out by being there. AND to top it off there would have been plenty of seating but they had multiple booths taken up by one person ? it was just overall bad service. I've been going to Johnny's since I was a child... I won't be going back.
WARNING TO ALL: COUNT YOUR CHANGE! The food is usually very good I don't have any complaints about that but there's been 2 times where I've ordered carryout and the cashiers tried to sneakily steal my change, once the girl tried to steal 20$ from me and then tonight (March 30 2022)the girl Cheyenne tried to steal 50$ from me. I paid with 100$ bill and my order was 29$ and some change, she said I might not have change for this then opened the waitress book and pulled out the money, sat a 50$ bill down then started counting out the rest.. then stopped and put the 50$ bill back and handed me 29$. Then she tried to walk away but I said excuse me that's not the right change.. she got an attitude and took the 29$ back. I told her to just give me 70$ you can keep the change change. Then she says I'm so tired of this I'm really ready to just walk out.. like okay I'm sorry you don't like when people pay attention to their money.. there are always alot of older people in there and with how sneakily she did it, it didn't seem like it was the first time she's done it and probably gets away with it with the older crowd which is very disgusting. She needs to be watched and or fired. Please check the cameras on March 30th 2022 around 6:30-7pm and watch. Also they will steal your change change without batting an eye, when you're doing carryout you do not expect to get a tip and you sure as heck do not just take it. The other girl and older woman are always extremely nice and professional you can tell they actually care about good service. I do not respect people who blatantly steal and everytime I know that girl is there I WILL NOT be handing her my money. And whoever does serve me will receive a tip just in spite of Cheyenne. ??
I go to Johnny's a lot most of the food is exceptionally well all I can say is never get the fried Chicken it's horrible they say it's fresh but it tastes like it's out of a box like maybe like banquet chicken other than that all the food I've eaten there has been exceptional the service sometimes is off but on most occasions you get a great server but there are times when you got a really bad server and I've experienced that a couple times since I've been going there but other than that they are totally a great place to eat and very affordable
Great place to eat. Good and fast food served by sexy waitresses at a good price. What more do you want. The bathrooms are clean too.
Masks: * all staff weren't wearing masks, or were wearing them wrong.Food:** omelet was overdone**** cheesesteak with hots was almost perfect. Needed more even distribution of hots.*** chicken cheesteak was kind of bland*** Reuben was OK, but nothing specialService: ** staff was brush and seemed annoyed to be asked for anything.Probably won't return.
Went for breakfast on a Saturday morning was able to get seated right away very fast service excellent food. Our waitress was pleasant and sincere and easy to deal with.We will plan on eating there again.
They don’t pay their staff. A man is standing out front the restaurant holding a sign that they aren’t paying him for work. That’s really awful and I don’t know if I support the restaurant anymore. During hard times like these all people should be treated with equal respect.
