Good service and the food was great.
Outside was clean. Interior front was clean. Everywhere else inside was disappointing. Smashed/stepped on food. Our "clean" table was sticky with large food remnants under the table. Several tables hadnt been cleared. This is at 2:30 in the afternoon, no where near busy. Hostess was not pleasant. We were polite and cordial. After seeing the red flags we walked. Lack of pride at this location. I was here approximately 3 months prior and it was a pleasant visit.
The food could have been a lot better and what I have asked for as well. I asked for a deluxe triple cheese omelet that comes with crumbled bacon and hash browns. The omelet was cooked hard, the bacon was in strips so, I'm assuming the cook didn't feel like doing it as advertised. I added sautéed mushrooms. Well let's just say the mushrooms wasn't even cooked ?. They were just thrown on top of this dry over cooked omelet. I hate the fact I don't live around the corner or the food would have went back. So $15 I am out of. SMH
Whew where do I start! So me and my husband casually walked into this “establishment” to have breakfast. Upon entering there was no one at the hostess desk to great us. We stood around for a few and then a woman walked up and seated us. We sat down and waited for our waitress. I wish I would’ve caught her name. Nonetheless, we was asked what we’d like to drink I had a lemonade and my husband a coffee. We were brought our drinks and my husband poured his cup. His cup had random stuff floating in it as if the pitcher wasn’t cleaned prior to them using it. Then my husband proceeds to head towards the bathroom and to his surprise there was no soap at all. Hmm I wonder if the employees are even washing their hands. How gross! Anyways I send him to our car to get hand sanitizer since there was no soap. While he was retrieving the sanitizer I had opened our cutlery to discover that every piece of cutlery was dirty. Not just spotty, but dirty. I asked our waitress for new cutlery and she snatched the old cutlery off the table and walked away. She returned with new cutlery and to my surprise that set was dirty as well. At this point I sent my husband to the car once more to get some plastic forks I had in the car. The fact that I had to use my own cutlery in an establishment is crazy! Moving on she asked if we were ready to order and we were still glancing at the menu when she says “oh y’all not ready” and walks off. Didn’t even allow us 10 seconds to respond. Then I asked if they had English muffins, she replies “no” but with an attitude as if my question was bothering her. She offered no alternatives (ie. toast). By this point I had had enough I called a manager to the table named Julie and she was sweet but I was fed up so I no longer wished to eat here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this establishment at all costs. It’s disorganized, they don’t have good cleaning practices, and some of the staff are rude! Save yourself the trouble!
We went here for a quick dinner with family. Our server, Bryanna, was great. She was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Even though she was the only one working, she made sure that we were taken care of. The food came out in a timely manor and had good flavor. The restaurant was clean.
Super weak food and service. The waitress was fine but not attentive. Was charged for chocolate chips but did not receive choco chips in my pancakes. She said she removed charge but bill was the same.
Went here at 12:40 pm No one was in line. I stood there until some one came to greet me around 5-7 mins. Once I was greeted she asked me what I wanted and walked away as I was ordering. Another lady walks up and skips me to seat another person at this point I've been there 10 mins and they seated the couple that had just walked up. Will not return
Went on March 12th, 2022. The resteraunt was quiet and almost empty, so all the sound was the staff playing loud music and vibing in the back. We made four orders, three came out wrong and the fourth was never even put in. The waitress was off-putting and three employees were playing cards in the restroom. It was almost comical how awful the experience was. I appreciate the manager for excusing us and letting us just leave. I've had a birthday here before and it was great, but not coming back after yesterday. The inadequacy and demeanor of a few employees came off like they were high. ?
My family And I went in Sunday the place was busy,we waited at the front with other parties, the person at the front said it would be 20-25minutes ..we didn't wait more than ten but we where happy. As we were waking to the table a young lady yelled at him in front of the entire restaurant. He just looked and brushed it off kinda like he was use to that horrible behavior and apologized to us . Other than that the food was great...but the server needs to watch her behavior.
I would like to first mention how clean the outside and inside of this establishment, I especially want to say that the floors, table and seats were also very clean. I ordered a club sandwich instead of breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised at how very good it was. Not to mention that our waitress was extremely nice and very attentive. Also I can honestly say that I enjoyed my late lunch with a very good friend and that I haven’t seen in a while.
