Good tasting burger. Made a bit messy, French fries could have been more crisp. I like this place. It wasn't freezing like a lot of the other stores.In total over 18 dollars for a burger and fries. Over 20 when you tip. You could go get table service for less at some places.
One of the top burger chains on the east coast! Gotta show se love for something that started in the DMV! It's a little pricey, but it's acceptable given the good quality food and the large, incredibly filling portions. They usually have a decent music selection too, given pop contemporary tastes. This location's a little small compared to other five guys, but it makes sense given the volume of traffic that probably goes through here.
Their hamburgers shrunk that's why I don't participate anymore the hamburger used to cover the roll now it's inside the roll
Horrible delivery experience. Do not order delivery from their website. It is handled by a third party who then sends it out to door dash. When our driver delivered us food from who knows where, this location wouldn’t replace or refund our $60. They said it “wasn’t their problem”. Door dash wasn’t any help because they said five guys is responsible for the refund because we ordered directly from their website. Never again from the Pasadena location.
