The service in drive thru is mediocre, at best. The parking lot, however, is THE WORSE I have ever seen in my life!!!! It is such a clusterf***! Whoever designed it should be fired! From the 2 different ways to get in to the drive thru lane, the small lot that the 1 line travels thru blocks any vehicle trying to park or leave. There is just absolutely no order at all. It makes no sense at all!Also, when taking drive thru orders, please stop saying "is that all" after EVERY SINGLE THING I SAY! When I'm done ordering I will indicate so!There is 1 employee, generally who takes indoor orders, who is a great employee, remembers who you are and not rude.
Dunkin' donuts has some of the best breakfast ever, while their donuts aren't perfect, they are still good, and well their coffee is something I have mixed feelings on, some people love it, some people hate it, sometimes I've gotten some pretty bad coffee from there, but they have good coffee too, just make sure to taste your coffee to make sure they didn't mess it up.
I come into this Dunkin almost every morning & haven’t experienced any issues until recently. The staff is super friendly but it seems like they can’t get my order right to save my life. My hash browns are never double toasted, I order on the app & get a English muffin double toasted with butter, the last 3x they have just thrown butter & a knife in there when I made sure it said to put it on & than today I receive a cheese & egg English muffin with some butter & a knife tossed in the bag so my order was completely wrong. I’m tired of paying for something that constantly gets thrown away or I can’t eat. Let me add they were not busy AT ALL this morning so that’s no excuse
Mobile ordering is helpful fast and easy, coffee is consistent and tasteful

Incorrect order. Asked twice for plain bagel with cream cheese. I received an everything bagel without.
Employee at the window states they don’t have ANY donuts, or meats because Sunday is a busy day and bc if that they close early. Honestly a let down, you’d think a business would be proud of being busy, and be excited to serve donuts, especially bc it’s in their name.I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed.
I would give 5 Stars, but the young man was working alone so it took longer to get my order and he forgot an item. All in all I still love my DnD's!!
This is the worst Dunkin’ ever. Something is always wrong with my food. The wake up wraps are always so hard you can barley actually enjoy eating it.
Update: drive thru way less frustrating and less errors with my orders. The staff is friendly and I do want to clarify that was never a problem for me.To whoever is running drive thru we will let you know when we are done ordering. Please stop asking as soon as we are done saying one thing. It's something I associate with this dunkin and I try to avoid this one like the plague. Also never get my order right.
