This is hands down THE WORST dunkin location around. No organization, no manners, and no training. Do not go here if you're in a hurry. You will be waiting at least 30 minutes for something as simple as a sweet tea. forget trying to use a food delivery app either. 100% your order will show up cold and incorrect. The older gentleman that works there is so unkind it can ruin your entire day. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.
Go every morning and progressively gets worse every morning. An extra toasted bagel comes out hot, not toasted, at all. Food ordered was not correct in drive thru.
This is hands down the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to! I’ve been coming here for years and especially recently, the managers and staff are SO friendly and go out of their way to greet you when you walk in. The coffee always tastes great. No wonder they’re always so busy!
They made my drink wrong. I brought it up to the counter and the poured out half of it and then just put more milk in it.Now the drink is not only the wrong thing but taste awful. Save your money don’t come here.
I visit this location almost twice a day. This was my last time. After waiting in line 30 minutes, i ordered my usual hot mocha machiato, paid almost 5$, left a 1$ tip and wouldnt you guess, it was a straight up coffee with cream. This happens quite frequently. Im done with this location and while im venting, the Dunkin on Mt rd. In front of Food Lion is just as BAD !!!!!
It was great. All but not having a doughnut a fat kid wanted and thet had promoted, but hey they are helping me live a little longer how can I get mad. Double edged sword.
I love my coffee and I love Dunkin’ don’t get me wrong! But, this location’s wait times have gotten terrible anymore. Walking inside mid-late morning with only few people ahead of me in line, by the time I order and actually get my coffee in hand it takes a good 25mins. Especially with 10+ employees on the line. That’s ridiculous and beyond being patient. This has happened on several visits and now just go to different location on my way to work.
Drive thru customer service is awful, they are always rude. This location is religiously out of stock and has been for years.
