My favorite Dunkin! The parking lot is a nightmare, so if you come, park in a different lot or use the drive through. Other than that, the service is fast, the drinks are made right, and staff is always friendly and efficient.
This lil Dunkin Donuts shop is a humble treasure nestled in the heart of Patriots Plaza, Pasadena, Maryland. Just a heartbeat off the highway, it is an exceptionally welcome place to drive thru for breakfast. The professionalism, speed, efficiency, and quality of food and coffee delivery is a great comfort for customers to include those who are brand new to Maryland. I have been there 4 times and on my 5th visit, the drive thru cashier was incredibly thoughtful to recommend how to order a coffee that would save me an entire dollar on the next visit. The speed at which my orders are filled despite how complicated and the quality of food is always 100% to my expectations. This is dunkin donuts at perfection level. A five-star morning drive thru experience..!
Coffee was good. Asked for glazed, powdered, and chocolate glazed munchkins. They gave me glazed blueberry.
I've loved my Dunkin for years now. One of the things that keeps me coming, outside of the delicious coffee ☕️ is how accommodating the staff are!! They really try to please you and even when an item is unavailable, because of the professionalism they show you just can't get mad!
Ordered a blueberry coffee last week and recieved this. I can't even explain what this is, but it's beyond disgusting. I've been trying to reach a manager and no one calls me or emails back. Service is horrible
I went through the drive through at about 6:45pm, it's drive through only on weekends. I was told no food was being made and they were out of muffins, most bagels and barely had any doughnuts. I ordered a large latte using my free drink reward and was given a small at the window. I explained that that was the wrong size and was then given a medium and told "that's the biggest cup we have right now and we can't do a refund for app purchases."
Went to this location for a coffee at 8:45 last night and the person was not responsive at the drive-through and the doors were locked to get into the building.
12/27/21. 2:30pm, I went inside to get my coffee. I noticed drive thru was busy & had no problem waiting my turn. The employees were busy. I waited patiently for awhile. I was even acknowledged. They acted as if I was invisible. They should of said welcome, we’ll be with you. But nothing. So I left. HORRIBLE service
on 11/21/21 there was a big line at the drive-thru but they got through it quickly. Dunkin Donuts coffee is my favorite. Tastes like my sugar has already been stirred. Pleasantly surprised the young lady at the drive-thru window was wearing a mask properly. She had a great disposition despite the very busy day... and a very cool Half-Life shirt.
They have awful parking. Not their fault. I only took a star off cause this Dunkin in particular makes everything too sweet
