I like that the location is close. The staff for the most part are friendly. I don't enjoy how expensive it is and the errors that they make with your order. I now only do carry out to avoid the delivery fees. I check my order while I'm there too. I do not like the garlic butter on the crust and it always gets added. This week I asked for a cheese pizza and got a burnt thin crust. It's just things like that and it's annoying

The store manager called and spoke to me after I reached out to corporate on Twitter last week. I had tried to speak to someone several times over several months about issues with my food arriving cold way past the quoted time. That my food would sit in quality check for over 45 mins prior to leaving the store. She offered me a $25 store credit towards my next purchase as compensation for all of the issues I’ve had in the past. Wednesday I attempted to use said store credit while ordering one of the promotions that was going on. I was told that I was not allowed to use the store credit and a menu deal as it would count as two coupons. I then was transferred to an associate named Carrie. She said the same thing and said if I wanted to talk to the district manager I could. I asked for the name of the district manager and she refused to provide a name. The call was transferred and I spoke again to the person Athena who is the district manager in charge. She confirmed that she instructs her employees to not give anyone her name. She was very abrupt and I find it very unsettling that her employees are instructed to not tell someone her name or provide any contact information for the district manager when I asked. I have in the past used a store credit and a coupon together I don’t know why there is an issue with it this time and I feel like I was given the runaround just because I complained about my experience before. After speaking with Athena I canceled my entire order and chose to then go to place an order with another pizza place Papa John’s. I wanted to make everyone aware as it does not sit well with me that they’re unable to be provided the name of the person in charge. It also feels like I am being retaliated against because of the fact that I made a complaint previously. I’ve never had an issue in the past being able to use a coupon and a credit together. This again happened at the Mountain Rd., Pasadena, MD Domino’s location. Hope this helps to save someone some time from a horrendous experience like the several I have endured.

If you like to gamble this is the place for you. It may take 30 minutes or over 90 minutes to get your food delivered and that’s if you remind them about your order. Oh and don’t worry if your food has been sitting there for over 45 minutes they will still send it out cold just to make sure you really enjoy it. If you’re not picking your order up Do Not Use This Place. I have had a constant battle with the manager about their delivery service.We have had a difficult time speaking to someone to escalate our concerns as they will never let you speak to the manager or DM without giving your trouble to begin with. We have reached out to corporate with no response as well.Tonight our food sat waiting to be delivered for 45 minutes and there was no communication to the delay. I had to call and request for the food to be remade as this has happened many times in the past and it arrives cold and nothing is done to correct it going forward. They could have called me and told me if they were short drivers and I would have drove to pick up my food but there is never any communication from the store.

This location constantly delivers food cold and does not communicate any delays. When your food sits in quality control for 50 minutes and you have to call to complain and tell them it’s unacceptable so all your food has to be remade because they were going to send you cold food that has been waiting for almost a hour. I have a horrible experience every time and can never get a return call from the manager. Don’t waste your time.

Use to order from here once or twice a week but it's really gone downhill. The last 2 orders were screwed up and this time the delivery said 60 to 70 minutes but at the 2 hour mark it was still being put in the oven. They assured me it would be out of the store In 10 minutes but 45 minutes later it still hasn't left. What good is a $10 credit if you can't get your food...

Over an hour and a half and my pizza hasn’t even been put in the oven. I could drive all the way to DC for a pizza and come back before the pizza shop less than 2 miles from my house can even attempt to make my pizza. Guess I’m having sleep for dinner.If you’re thinking about eating pizza you’re probably 3 hours too late if you’re ordering from here. Will not repeat.

The general manager (women) helped very much in understanding my delivery details. Great customer service!

Worst experience in 15 years in Pasadena. not to mention comar policy violations. Horrible

When I arrived to pick up my pizza I saw the man making mine and other orders with no mask, no gloves and the girl working didn’t seem to care, she told him to put his mask on and he had a attitude about it. She then answered a phone call and went to make pizzas without washing her hands, or wearing gloves. So if you don’t want Covid stay away from this place, they have no idea how many people have Covid and are getting Covid. It’s ridiculous they still can’t get it right

Orders are always consistently 20-60+ min late for delivery. This is a habitual issue for this location. Estimate more accurately or become carry out only.
