We ordered two Chick-fil-A sandwiches, one was a meal with a sweet tea no ice and two 8 count nugget meals one with fries and a large sweet tea with lite ice and one with a lemonade and a salad with avocado ranch. We also asked for chikfila sauce. They gave us no dressing for the salad, no sauce for the chicken, one of the 8 count nuggets was a 3 piece tenders instead. They also didn't give us all the items right away and made us go through the drive through a second time (by request of the chikfila workers!). When I tried to call the store to tell them my order was wrong, they did not answer. One of the workers even cursed at our driver. I have never, NEVER had such a bad chikfila experience and am very disappointed.
I place a order at the wrong location on a very frustrating day Ms. Tammy and the crew at the Pasadena location were happy to accommodate my family in holding our order. We have been to the Pasadena location many of times and have never had any complaints but this time they went above and beyond to provide amazing costumer service and remain very respectful and professional I was very appreciated and we will definitely be back
By far the worst Chick-fil-a in Anne Arundel County. The staff did not uphold the Chick-fil-a standards. The manager in the drive-thru was rude. I said "Thank you" when he handed me my food and he just turned and walked away. I used my Chick-fil-a mobile app the order the food. I click the nearest restaurant button and placed my order. When I got to the drive-thru I gave the young man my name. He replied, "I don't see a mobile order under that name." I check my order details and realize the app didn't select the closest store. My order was placed at the chick-fil-a in Severn. So, I asked the server how do I fix this? He stated, "you need to get out of line and drive to the chick-fil-a in Severn." I asked him if there was a way to transfer my order to this location. He said, "no, you need to drive to that chick-fil-a." I canceled my mobile order and placed my order at the Crossroads location. After receiving this type of treatment, I should have driven to the chick-fil-a in Severn.
Would not waste my time here. Went through on a Saturday morning ordered my food asked only the 2 chicken biscuits be bagged apart from rest of order. Only worried about the number of cars going through at this location. I was holding the line up seeing if I had all my food. Got rush through the line. Finally was able to check my order and was missing a hash brown. I park and go in ,just trying to get my hash brown and the young girl manager wanted me to bring all the food in ,because I was not given a receipt. I said forget it and left. I called corporate office and have not heard from anyone.DO NOT waste your time at this location. Take the extra 5 minutes and go to Quarterfield Crossings
Do not go to this Chick fil a. I've tried to give this establishment one too many chances to redeem themselves. I guess I am the fool for that one. The people here are nice, but they will forget to give you items in your order, give you the wrong food and trying to get ahold of the place to get your order right is almost impossible. I understand everywhere is running short on staff and Chick fil a is a busy restaurant, but when we pay for the food we would like what is ordered (especially when some of those orders are for delivery so you are paying extra)
This is probably the ONLY Chick-fil-A that I've ever had a problem with the accuracy of my order! The manager Tammy was unreasonable in resolving my issue and was quick to give me the number to corporate because she knew that they could not help me with my problem. I was robbed of my $60 of food that I could not eat (after it was delivered with no condiments). I really expect better from anyone who carries the Chick-fil-A name!
i went the drive thru last week, a employee named desteny in a blue shirt was cursing at another worker when i pulled to the window. she ignored me multiple times, when i told her i also ordered a drink she rolled her eyes and said you should have said something. after i got my drink , she screamed “ that’s everything”. this Chick-fil-A location is normally really good and friendly but she was extremely rude.
It was so cold out that for the first time ever, we had to place our order at the speaker in the drive-thru lane. It was different for Chick-Fil-A, but necessary, and we still got our order fast and accurate as normal.
You would think that every chick fila is the same but this one goes above and beyond. The staff is friendly, every order i have gotten has been accurate and the speed of order processing is amazing. I am willing to go in line when it wraps around the building because I know it will process quickly.The delivery is prompt and the food is still hot. I wish I could give more than five stars. I am not calling out any one team member for risk of missing one. They are all wonderful.
if you want breakfast from this location you better show up at the crack of dawn or you wont get anything, lol. i just waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes without moving just to miss breakfast when there were only 2-3 cars in front of me (who had definitely been waiting way longer) and the last time i came here i was literally late by 30 seconds because there was a dog in the car in front of me. like i get it, dogs are cute, but there are people who are just trying to get their chicken minis. its just disappointing
