The best fast food restaurant to visit if you're in the mood for some spicy and crispy Korean chicken. Their Bulgogi was delicious as well.
I have to say, this place pays incredible attention to detail. At the end of the night, they had cleaned every nook and cranny. Food was excellent—juicy wings—and service was excellent.
Excellent, one-of-a-kind food that is prepared fresh and tastes great. I recommend the small combo with a strong rock hard cider.
The service was lacking, the guy was so unconcerned with customers and gave us wrong information. The chicken strips weren't coated completely in the sauce, it was mediocrity at best. First and last time at this location, I will drive to Odenton or Arundel Mills from now on.
Amazing Korean Wings!~ Just only go during lunch. I went around 4pm and not only was the wait 20+ munutes more then the estimate over the phone, the order was ice cold (and short a couple wings).
I'm a huge fan of Bonchon however when I ordered here today they charged me for extra sauce 1.99 that I didn't know they charge now and I usually get pickled radish for side dish but when I ordered the worker didn't ask about the side dish and didn't give me any side dish. I checked the receipt and they put no side dish. This is a huge down on this location...
Great customer service and very nice and caring. In love with their wings. Very fresh and crispy and their dishes are always hot and fresh

I LOVE BONCHON. simple. if it wasn’t so expensive $$$$ id probably eat here three times a week. At this location the staff is always super nice and friendly. Idk why everyone complains about the wait, my order typically takes 25 minutes (they let you know what time it will be done) and it’s always ready whenever i have picked up with the exception of one time but it was a FRIDAY night. HELLO look around there are not that many bonchons in the area so duh they’re going to be busy!Food is always great ! Love the Chicken Sliders and Pork Belly Bao buns! The Spicy chicken options truly meets my spice level requirement!! i have a high tolerance for spice and the wings do sneak up on you! Soy garlic flavor is bomb too!! My boyfriend always orders Chicken Katsu *chefs kiss * highly recommend. overall 4/5 only because it is expensive for the amount of food you get.
Food & service were both excellent! They haven’t fully opened indoor dining due to lack of employees. There was one lady inside taking orders & serving customers & she did a great job! Will definitely be back!
