I had gotten the salad and soup.Soup was cold. My husband got the turkey dinner there was barely any meat on the plate nor gravy and that was cold as well. My dad got a burger and he said it was horrible. It was practically burnt.
Donna needs to have an attitude adjustment. Every time my family and I come in there, the slightest thing she doesn’t like about a customer constitutes a disgusting demeanor or a plate and glass getting slammed on a table. She’s foul. Maybe she needs to get lessons from Jackie who is a 5 star waitress.

Great restaurant. Our server Aaron was polite, professional and attentive. Food was hot and fresh. One small issue with one of three meals. Manager Jessica credited for that entire meal cutting our bill 30%. Fast and excellent service. Definitely recommend.

Good service! Hashbrowns were not heated properly still cold in the middle, so they brought me one that was, but it didn't taste fresh. Sausage and gravy was very good!!!
We picked up a Thanksgivings meal at 1pm on Thanksgiving day. There were about 12 young employees all working at putting meals together. The phones were ringing off the hook but everyone was calm cool and collected. It was such a pleasure to see. The meal was hot and delicious and very reasonably priced. We will do this again!Great job Bob Evans Pasadena team!!
Food was great. Tables and floor were clean. Our waiter disappeared after our food arrived. No one came to check if we needed anything, no refills on drinks. No take home boxes. I had to go to the counter to ask for our waiter. When they couldn't find him the manager got me the take home boxes and my bill. We go to this Bob Evans frequently and this was the only bad experience, normally everything is fine.
I was looking for a late breakfast and found this Bob Evans. I love biscuits and gravy. My waitress was prompt, friendly, with a smile. The food came out quickly and hot. It was really a great experience.
