Hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner in the party room of Bella Napoli. Shannon, the Manager, was my point of contact and did a great job with everything, We had a set menu and she printed a copy that was specialized to our specific choices, set the room up to accommodate our group of 32, We chose three appetizers- and each guest had the choice between four entrees. I personally had the ravioli entree, which was delicious! My husband had the lasagne, which is made with homemade pasta and fresh meat sauce. Simply amazing! The service was fantastic and my hat is off to Shannon and her staff as they provided a wonderful meal and had really personalized service, I wish I could give more than 5stars as the overall experience was really wonderful.
Tucked away in a small strip mall this place is underwhelming. The service was ok and the only reason I don't give them a one star. The food was edible but that's the only positive thing I can say. The food was surprisingly expensive. I can get a mich better pizza for $2-3 more almost anywhere else.
Sadly, I used to give this place 5 stars and always recommend them, but I cannot any longer.Last night, we ordered pizza, as we've always known them as long time customers to have excellent pizza. It was awful. Maybe a bad night, it happens. That wouldn't stop me from returning ,to be honest.So I went to their Facebook page ,to contact and let them know, hey we got a truly bad pizza.I didn't want anything, but to let them know.There on the page I see a bunch of anti mask nonsense as well as they were attacking and insulting customers whose reviews they didn't like.Well that's a huge no for me and I told them very politely I wouldn't be returning.Also had a private message to them, letting them know about bad pizza. They kindly offered to refund me and asked me to tell them all I ordered. I went to respond to them to thank them, but no need to refund.They had blocked me.I find that incredibly petty and unprofessional.This is why I now give a 1 star review. .A bad pizza I can forgive. Mocking and belittling customers,disregarding their safety and being petty and rude, I won't give my business to and won't recommend.Hopefully if they can sell this restaurant which has been for sale for a long time, new owners won't be so awful.
This is my favorite place. Food is amazing and atmosphere is clean and relaxing. Staff is always friendly ?
Easy going atmosphere. Food beyond expectations. Portions were so big, we had to take home what we couldn't finish. I wanted to order a dry white wine and our server engaged the staff to make sure she brought me the best one. Never have we had this kind of service ... even at Baltimore's Cafe Petit Louis. They were good, but not this good. Highly recommend this small, out-of-the-way Italian Restaurant. My new go-to favorite. Worth the drive from Annapolis.
outstanding variety of traditional Italian menu items. Generous portion sized and awesome specials. The service has always been friendly. more like eating with family than a restaurant
Wonderful food and such a happy staff! We ordered carryout on an otherwise dreary night, trying one of the chicken dishes, the meat stuffed pasta, and a pizza for the kiddo. We absolutely loved all of it. We haven't found Italian like this outside of NY (or, well, Italy). We'll be back soon!

Delicious food and amazing staff! They have tons of gluten free options - gluten free pizza, pasta AND gluten free cream of crab!! They also fully understand celiac and cross-contamination. The owners and staff are always super helpful and nice and do a lot for the community! Never had a bad experience, overall great place!
Fast seating, very clean and amazing AMAZING food. Prices are spot on and the atmosphere is more like eating with family than at a restaurant...just live my Bella!!
