the service was terrible I had to wait 15 minutes so I can order everyone was to busy 4 people walked out in front of me I had too yell in the back for service no one still didn't come I will never be back at the location again this was in Pasadena,md
I stopped to try the new burger and was very dissapointed in the service and the fact that you not only didn't have any Wagyu burgers but you didn't have crinkle fries either. I ordered the classic beef and onion rings, paid for my order and then was told at least 7 minutes later that you didn't have onion rings. Then it took about 4 minutes for someone to come to the register to refund my money.The person behind me started to place an order but the cashier was taken away by the another employee leaving her standing there to finalize her order. She ended up leaving.No one came back to the register to take anyone else's orders.Everytime I tried to ask about my sandwich they would say "One sec" but kept trying to fill orders at the drive thru. One gentle men behind me kept trying to get someone to the register. They definately weren't short handed as 4 people were working the drive thru and others were making the food.
Came in tonight for the most simple order. Asked the two young girls for a beef and and CHEDDAR sandwich. Came home to find out I got a dry, regular roast beef sandwich with no sauce or cheese instead. Literally inedible to me. Thanks Arby’s.

Arby's store #8009 in Pasadena,MD. I order a #8 large with curly fries and coke. Get to the window, handed a medium soda, I said asked for my meal to be large. Lady takes my medium cup and pours the soda into a large cup and hands it me. Also my meal was chicken tenders, never once got asked what kind of sauce I'd like.
Tried crispy spicy fish sandwich for the first time, and it was really good. Arby's food is always good and fresh.
The food was fresh and hot but my order of fries was salty and coldNo problem they gave me some fresh ones after I returned back to the drive thru
Would give 0 stars if possible. They refused to put cheese on the crinkle cut fries. As a paying customer if I want my food that way then it should be made the way I want it. All diet soda options were empty so I could get any diet soda. Plus they acted like they didn't want me there and wouldn't answer my questions when I asked them. Very poor customer service. The food really isn't even that good and for you to be rude just makes it that much worse. Never going there again. Oh PS PAPER STRAWS SUCK!!!
The food is hot and tasty. Way better than other fast food chains. The customer service is wonderful or at least when we have visited. Tonight we showed up at 1205 thinking it was open until 1am but saw it closed at midnight. The employee waved at us as we were leaving and said he would take our order. Not many places will do that so we were impressed.
Pretty good! My family and I went here, and we were always satisfied with our food! It's very good for the price, and we would recommend.
