I lost my phone and was on hold for 21.33 just so they can say they didn’t find a phone I think they stole it

Fantastic food. Soda machine wasn’t working, but they gave me two Black Cherry soda bottles instead. Legendary flavour.

If you are expecting hot food..........Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!

It was a girl that had dreads, I wish I had got her name but she was very nice, she has great customer service, I felt so welcomed and I was very satisfied with my order, everything tasted great! I don’t know if she was a manager or not but you could tell that she is a hard worker, she moved around a lot and made sure customers was doing okay, she asked if it was anything else that they / we needed help with, just overall 10/10 .. keep it up

Not happy their restrooms are still closed to paying customers. I had to leave out to take my autistic child to another restaurant's bathroom. Just seems lazy to me, like they don't want to clean them. BIG inconvenience! As for the food, however, the wings were actually really good this time. Fresh and coated with enough sauce...

This is the absolute worst! My first an last time eating wingstop. The wings were huge the fries were under cooked! This is not what I imagined for my first time eating wingstop

Last night I ordered a medium sized meal and was shorted 2 wings I paid almost $14 for the meal and got home and was short 2 wings I was suppose to have 8 I only had 6. If I wanted a small o would’ve ordered a small.

Too many teens working there. With so many staff I’m baffled as to why there’s no efficiency. No manager or adult. They’re too busy kiki’ing, gossiping, being cute and in their phones to be working.

Worst place ever, they so slow and unprofessional. My order was short when I came back to pick the race baiting even apologize or offer me a discount or at least put an extra wing. instead of just they just gave me attitude.

Today was my first time going to this location. Was running errands and wanted something to eat. Parked outside and placed my order online. Wait time was supposed to be 16-21 minutes. I was order #188855939. After 15 minutes I got out the car to go inside. I gave an employee my name and they checked on the computer/register. They then went into the kitchen and came back to say it would be another 10 minutes. About 2 minutes later a different employee asked everyone who was waiting for food to please wait outside so everyone went outside. While outside I noticed someone looking through the window to see if their name was on a bag of food that was ready for pickup. I then did the same thing and saw my first name and initial for my last name on a bag of food that was sitting on a shelf since the first time I went in. I then went back inside and asked the second employee if that was my order. It was! An extra 10 minutes had went by at this time. I explained to her how the other employee told me 10 more minutes when it was ready the first time. This wasn't my idea of good customer service. I almost never go to a place of business that less than a 4 star rating so I suppose it was my fault and I got what I deserved. Lesson learned.
