HORRIBLE PLACE!! NEVER GOING AGAIN!! The staff was rude, lazy, and ignored our order. We waited more than 30 minutes in a long line. Their speaker to order wasn’t working so they had us pull up to the window. Once we pulled up no one took our order. Someone came and asked what we wanted, half way through our order the lady left and we had to wait another 10 minutes for someone else to come and take our orders. We repeated what we wanted more than 3 times and decided to leave. I’m surprised it’s still open. Needs to close ASAP. If I would give it 0 stars I would, they don’t deserve any .
AVOID AT ALL COST! Waited for over 30 minutes in the drive thru due to horrible service and the drive thru menu being broken. When I got to the window, no one was there to take my order. Waited. Then the employee came to the window and told me he had a “good break”. How insensitive to your customers. Then I get home and the order is wrong! I’m so done with Wendy’s. You charge a ridiculous amount of money for poor service and poor food. This location just had a “grand reopening.” Well they need to close again and figure it out because this isn’t it!
This is the worst place ever, don’t ever go there , I was in line for a hour!!!!! And that’s just to order food. The service is so bad I would not even let my dog walk pass the damn store. I would never eat there in any way. The people don’t even open the door for people who are doing door dash or Uber eats. The employees are rude. Go somewhere else don’t go there Wendy’s don’t care about your time or your food.
I arrive at the drive through at 12:30am. The speaking to place orders was broken so there was a sign on it. We waited in like for about 35 minutes to get to the window and be told that they were closed. They were supposed to close at 2:30am & the line was so long, yet they closed early. When I got to the window the workers were inside packing bags. It took them several minutes to say they were closed. They never came to the window.
Terrible service pre and post renovations. Drive thru is the only option most days. Most recently, I ordered a Southwest Avocado salad which I order multiple times per week (it's so good I put up with the long lines and service). Got home and noticed there was no bacon. Called several times, no answer. I went back today for a refund. They offered a replacement. I checked the salad before leaving just to see they added what looks like a tablespoon of avocado, which would be fine if that was the norm. Again, I order this salad multiple times/week. See pics for the normal salad vs what I got today after complaining (bonus points if you can even spot the avocado on today's salad). I asked for more avocado and they gave me a small condiment container with a little more. They barely even gave me any cheese. Is this what happens when you tell them you didn't get what you ordered AND PAID FOR??? This location is a joke.
Horrible I don't go to fast foods since the pandemic and this is exactly why. Everything was horrible and cold. I definitely will not be going back
We came through this Wendy's on Saturday Feb 5th at 8pm. This is by far the worse business in existence. I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes, waiting to have my order taken while the staff was talking and giggling with their mics on. When I finally got my order taken, I pulled up to the window, and when the window opened, I got a face full of Pot smoke. So I'm pretty sure most of the staff was getting high or high while at work on the job. I don't understand how this place, management, can allow this to happen. It's totally unprofessional and dangerous. On top of all of this, my order was completely wrong. I will not be going to this Wendy's again, and neither should anyone who reads this; it's a health hazard. I would rather drive 20 miles away or go to a different establishment.
My fries were hot my Chilli was hot and service was friendly good visit.
They always have attitude they never say anything to guest they just look at you like something’s wrong when you ask them for something they are not professional they have AirPods and phones out your working u shouldn’t be having phone or AirPods on while working you can go on your break for that that’s why they never listen when a customer is asking for something they never get my order right after I repeat like 5 times then they get mad when they need to remake the food your wasting food and putting your food cost and inventory in jeopardy because you have employees who don’t take there job serious
I ordered food through uber eats and they put the wrong receipt on the wrong bag and so when opened the whole order is wrong, plus i am not gonna wait another hour just so they can mess it up again.
