The food was good but it was Wind Down Thursday at the Plaza in the MGM and they sat us right by the door. So we heard all the noise from the hallway throughout our entire dinner. They could have done better with sitting us.
Tim and the gang were outstanding!!! The food was to die for good!
The best and it was prime rib Thursday! A must get!!
I can’t say enough about Voltaggio Brother’s Steakhouse! To begin, the layout of the restaurant is truly one of a kind as it closely mimics and the brothers childhood home, so your entire dining experience truly feels like a warm welcome home. Everything from the Living Room area full with large deep blue couches to the Kitchen area complete with spindle chairs overlooking the open kitchen where you can see the team work their magic. The atmosphere is only a part of them fun as Chef Ciccippio and his team elevate your experience with their incredible food. Honestly speaking, I’m a foodie who always carries salt with her, but everything is done with such precision that I wouldn’t change a thing. You must ALWAYS order the Parker house rolls, cacio e pepe (my FAVE!), tuna tartare and literally any of the grilled meats. I highly recommend Voltaggio Brothers Steakhouse and make sure to add it to your next dining destination, you won’t be disappointed!
After years of hearing such wonderful things about this Steakhouse, I finally found an opportunity to experience it myself. I’m not one to jump at a chance to leave reviews, but I do believe in giving credit where credit is due. I was impressed immediately with the selection of wine and spirits. The interesting cocktail menu AND experienced bar staff was a perfect start to the evening. The atmosphere set the mood fantastically. The decor is elegant and the lighting is right where it should be. These details really contribute so much to the experience. We ordered several shareable dishes to enjoy. The tuna tartare was first to hit the table. It was flawless. The short rib, charred octopus and cacio e pepe all followed and one-by-one impressed the table. From the selections we made, it was clear you can’t miss when ordering from this menu. Compliments to the chef!Lastly, and most importantly, the staff was well trained and extremely knowledgeable. We were greeted with professional and personable smiles and throughout the entire dinner, the service was attentive and accessible. I took and posted a few pictures, which I still salivate from. I will absolutely be back for seconds!
Not bad. Surprisingly not as good as one might think. I've eaten there several times and always a tad disappointed. Great Service, "Meh" food, and limited menu. Oh, and use the valet swrvice to park unless you want a Marijuana contact high in the covered lot and in the elevator (EVERY time...)
Our reservation was for 6:45pm and we had a show at MGM theatre at 8:00pm. We were served with enough time to take our time and enjoy the food and make the show on time!
Service was outstanding! Food was delicious!!!
My steak and side of mushrooms came out cold. That was disappointing. We ordered a dessert and it was very small. Not good for sharing.
We came here recently for my birthday and enjoyed everything about the experience!First, the uniquely-appointed dining rooms really created a fun and special ambiance. The drinks were fantastic. I’m always happy to splurge on fancy cocktails, as long as they’re worth it - these definitely were. Now I’ll get to the reason why people come to a restaurant, the food. Everything I ate was fantastic. As a pescatarian who catered to her friends and visited a steak house for her birthday, I was not at all disappointed with my decision. The seafood selections were so good that it was hard to narrow it down to one (not common practice for a steak-centric restaurant where I’m typically resigned to whatever fish they throw on the menu). I went with the Halibut and it did not disappoint.I can’t wait to go back and try another menu selection!
