This location smells like weed at the entrance and throughout the building. Pathetic. Employee by the name Arthur is rude and hasNo people skills. Severely lacking customer service skills. Please retrain this individual. This is a bad representation from your location.
So much fun! And well set up for hygiene and social distancing right now, with plastic sheeting separating already distanced tables. Also, between used, the bats and clubs are sanitized.
I'm sorry to see this location close. Many great memories here with my friends.
The original Topgolf, Alexandria Va, abruptly closes with no warning to members. They posted nothing telling customers that for months they were closing down to build townhouses. The Alexandria website redirects you to a location in Maryland with no information about the Alexandria location or your credits for play. If this is how they inform customers, beware of this corportation. You may want to look at Drive Shack or 1757.
When I first went here with my family, my dad got us ready. He has been here before and he brought us here for fun. When I got to the area, I took my first swing with the driver and it went into the yellow target. after seeing what I did, I was super exited to start learning golf. The food was amazing, and we didn't mind it taking a while, because we were having fun! When the food came, I was surprised on how good it was! everything was perfect. and the donuts holes were like a dream! If you wanna have fun, this is the place! oh, and they do lessons as well.
Absolutely the worst Top Golf ever. I have no clue how Top Golf allows them to advertise their name. It’s worth the drive to go to the Top Golf in Ashburn. Out of date equipment, horrible service.......complete waste of money, I will never be back.
Our first time at Topgolf and it was a blast. Cards take a little while to set up, but after that everything was great. Gary went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent experience. He was very knowledgeable, passionate and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time. Looking forward to going back.
Made an online reservation at this location same day and wanted to move my reservation to the location at the national harbor. Called this location and a rep. said I couldn't move it since they don't share any booking systems together and I could talk to someone about getting a refund. Eventually I was able to contact the office manager and they would not budge in giving me a refund even after cancelling within 1 hour of making that reservation. Poor business practices.
Hands down the worst TopGolf I’ve ever been to. Just because it is the original TG doesn’t mean it has to stay original. Severely disappointed in the facility and especially management. Old equipment , cramped environment not interested in costumer at all. Even when they were not busy they failed to meet expectations. Will not return and recommend you spend your money elsewhere
Had an awesome time, food and drinks were great, staff was friendly and fun.
