Drove all way there just for the cinnamon bites & freezee only to get a half filled drink I have 3 drinks the girl at the 2nd drive thru window asked if I needed a drink carrier of course I do I only have 2 hands smh . Maybe it wasn’t a good day for them I don’t know but I’m upset about my drink if they ran out then say that but no excuse I paid full price. I just want what I pay for no more & it was watered down so I’m assuming it was the last of it . Get IT TOGETHER
i usually have great experiences with this taco bell, however i ordered a delivery here that came sealed with my receipt but the incorrect items and wasn’t able to correct it with doordash, so i returned with my food. i was told my driver, apparently a “lady with an african accent” came back for my actual order, which didn’t make sense as my driver was a man and i had discovered the order was incorrect maybe about five minutes before i left and had only informed doordash about it when i left my house. when i asked for my correct order, trying very hard to explain that my RECEIPT was correct but the ORDER was not, as in the receipt was sealed with the wrong bag, the man behind the kitchen seemed to refuse to listen to me and was yelling and complaining about how he had made the order three times, talking about how i just “wanted free food.” what am i going to do with 9 burritos??? if you mistakenly stickered my receipt to the wrong order, i don’t mind, just own up to your mistake and don’t yell at your customers just trying to explain something.
Usually this TB is cool location but today these MFers earned themselves 1 star. Rude as hell, one guy just said "F it" and quit taking my order, they just tossed me my order without a bag to leave and carry with, and my order was wrong as hell. Like they just made whatever they wanted and gave it to me. This was in 2/22/22. What was supposed to be a memorable taco Tuesday was botched by some rude A-hole employees who hate their jobs.
The staff was friendly and answered my questions quickly. I liked the new menu items, especially the Fiesta potatoes. The only drawback was the limited drink selection due to the current shortages.
They doing what tgey can, the shortage of workers is putting a stress on everyone but they seams to be a great team doing all they can,jumping from one window to the next multitasking between places. It give me a tome to joke with the person and said are you twins, please put a smile on their faces, lets break the stressor of a little. They doing all they can

Best fast food experience I’ve had a quite a while. The workers were polite and friendly! Ms. Lisa was great. Will eat here again!
This was a quick stop on a long trip. The service was good and we had our food quickly, so we could get back on the road as soon as possible.
Food was standard for a Taco Bell. It was the lack of conversation/warning of no more large drink cups that was unprofessional. The attendant just served me the smaller cup as if nothing was what I ordered. I asked why the smaller cup and he simply said they were out of larger ones with no regard to how I would have felt OR EVEN provide a discount for the smaller cup.
I will not complain about the food. I do not eat Taco Bell. But I did go for my daughter yesterday she wanted taco salad it is the number five on the menu. I am complaining about the time I waited to receive my food. It took her 20 minutes to prepare my food. I only so 4 people working Taco Bell Saturday 10 /2/21 around 6:30 pm
