I placed a mobile order for a Frappuccino at 10:14 AM. I didn't get my drink until 10:38 AM. The app said it would be ready 10:27. I have never in my entire life waited that long for a drink. People that came in after me received their drinks after I placed my order. It was absolutely ridiculous. I am not sure what plan they follow, but they need to learn from Chick-fil-A. I give 2 stars because the drink was good.
I don’t frequent Starbucks frequently but I did visit this location this afternoon. As soon as I walked in, Jocelyn & Tyesha were so welcoming and I could see their smiling faces behind their mask. I placed my order with Tyesha and as Jocelyn was making a drink for another order, I asked what she was making. She went out of her way to recommend a new drink I’ve never had before and also allowed me to try it! That kind of customer service is unmatched in todays society. Kudos to this dynamic duo at this location. They deserve to be recognized for outstanding customer service, going the extra mile and having a positive attitude. I’ll definitely be back!
Okay ish place to grab a okayish cappucino.
Walked through the front door twenty minutes after 7pm to snag a coffee. The employee behind the counter, along with three other co-workers, told me that they were closed due to being short staffed. “Oh, I see. Is that normal?” I said as I awkwardly walked back out the door. Abnormal to say the least, for them to say that they were short staffed with 4 employees staring at me was bizarre.
Great Experience at this location. Even with the line the staff stayed positive and showed great customer service. Also that Vanilla Bean Frap was amazing. I will definitely come to this location again.
Order coffee for my friend and myself oh, and the register kept declined my card. I know my card is good I just used it to eat at another restaurant. So the girls suggested we use another register but before we do I just pay with cash. I looked at my bank statement and the sale go through so they got paid twice. Won't go there again don't trusted employees did not pocket cash
Great coffee. Missing the pre order feature. My wait was not too long.
It took a while for someone to even acknowledge me and take my order. Then the barista answered their phone while making drinks and spilled my drink when placing it on the counter.
Fast service! Inside the cafe was very clean.
