Joel, the store manager, went above and beyond helping me find the perfect holiday cup! I had been searching all over town for one, and he took the time to research and call other Starbucks. He even let me know when they got the blingy tumblers in stock so that I could get over to purchase one. The staff there are always courteous and nice & the wait is never long. This location has two different counters that you can order from to increase their productivity and decrease the wait time!
We got here with no line just me and my brother in law and of course expecting to be entertained quickly but not, one staff came from the inside room at the right and just passed me by without even greeting me. Of course I wait, again, then when she went to the register and asked me I felt like I wasn't a customer, I felt different, I felt like I'm disturbing her with the way she spoke and her body language.My coffee was ready and she just dropped it on the pick up area without even saying anything at all.Going at Mgm National Harbor is great day to relax, but she ruined my day because of that kind of customer service. SMH

God awful service. The employees here seem so upset that they work here. A customer asked for milk for his coffee and a disgruntled female employee angrily opens the half gallon of milk, pours some into a cup, spills most of it on the counter, and tells the customer, “There ya go”, drops it on the counter and walks away. I’d rather pour hot sauce in my eyes than deal with the customer service here.

I have been to a lot of starbucks coffee shops, a staff member Mr Joel is warm and helpful, we come to foreign countries to feel very warm service.
