I took here the continental breakfast with a croissant. That was a mistake, the fruit and yoghurt can't really go wrong. I thought the same in a croissant at a decent hotel restaurant. But I was wrong. The croissant was runner like.. like heated in microwave. When I asked if this was normal ingot the answer that it was. No offer for changing it for something else
Just a quaint little spot on the river with a laid back vibe . I had the scrambled eggs with cheese. Bacon and potatoes also accompanied my choice. Right on the river, rainy day but it was nice and relaxing. A little tough to find but you can do it!!
The decor was aged. Great views from the windows but could use a tint on the glass. The food and service was good. I did ask for a salad side but still received curly fries. Prices were fair for the area. They were the only place with immediate seating, probably based on the average reviews.
I had previously been here for brunch and had returned for lunch. Customer service was on point and food came out in a timely manner. Crab cake sandwich and Caesar salad were both nice sizes and delicious. There was a slight increase in price for the crab cake sandwich from what I remembered. All and all, I will be back for lunch!
Service was prompt, and the staff was excellent. I had breakfast there twice, and recommend the Eggs Benedict and it's local permutation: Chesapeake Eggs Benedict.
Food was average. Furniture extremely worn and needs replacement. Not what I expected from a Bonvoy property.
The quality of the food has really changed.
Nice place. Great tasting food. Really enjoyed it.
Our server appeared confused about anything we ordered or asked for. Drinks came out long after our food. The Children’s meals did not come with anything that was described on the menu. Very over priced for mediocre tasting food.
Well we kept our reservation at 2:00 and we didn’t know about brunch lunch and dinner times. We wanted to order lunch/dinner but it didn’t start until three (3:00) o’clock. We had a waitress her name was Angie and she was an okay server. But it seem like she was trying us to order our food in a hurry. With her we was feeling rush. So my husband and I order beverages I order unsweetened iced tea and my husband order whiskey. My son got there and we kept looking for Angie so my son can order. My other son came later and order his drink. So we wanted lunch/dinner menu but Angie never told us what times it starts. She kept saying it brunch. So than we ask her again and she told us dinner starts at 5 so we ask the hostess and she told us it start at 3. So we order appetizers and we were eating and Angie wanted to know if we ready to order entrees we told her no. We still eating our appetizers and than we look over the menu. So we was ready to order this when the manager came over and said Angie shift was about to end. She only come in brunch Angie could have told us that. But anyway We had Karen very good and waited on us . Food was great. Thanks
