Finally made it...... I'm a fan. Those red mashed potatoes are everything. Chicken seasoned with both hands.
Visited 2 Jul at 3pm. Food is decent, but service is lacking. You can have the best food in the world, but if the service is lacking it will cost you in the end. This location needs a total turnover of employees that interact with the public immediately. A/C condensation all over you while you eat in your food.The male individual and also the ladies could increase their customer service, and it will do this establishment well. The male was the rudest and I would eliminate him from the staff immediately. All the other staff seemed to hate working there.
Wow! Where have I been my whole life? This was my first time trying Sardi's and I was very impressed! The food was seasoned to perfection! I ordered the half chicken with fried yucca and Brussels Sprouts. I also added a steak empanada. I had to deduct 1 star because I wish the fried yucca was fried to order but it wasn't. It was still good but could've been better fresh out of the grease. The line moves very quickly and the ac was pumping while we dined in. I will keep going back and I reccomend this place to everyone who wants real Peruvian chicken seasoned to the bone!!!! The juiciest white meat I have ever tasted! It was so good that I didn't even take a pic!
The food is amazing. Please visit and eat here, you will not regret it! The chicken is sooooo good. You can get a full chicken if you want! All the food and sides taste great.
Never had a good experience at this location. Came in for a gift card, and they don’t have that option at the moment. Must just be this location, cause Beltsville Sardis does offer gift cards. Sardis food is delicious, but the organization and service at this location is lacking.
This time, food was good but tried to call in my order and no one would answer. Girl had no answer to why. They weren't busy when I arrived.
Clean and great food, but staff seemed awfully lax about making my online order they had missed. I mean, the whole point of ordering ahead is so I will be ready when you get there. On discovering they had missed my order, they didn’t rush to get it done but took care of it along with all the walk-in orders.
Well all I can say is don’t forget your wallet when Picking up Food that’s Already Purchased.I did an Online order that totaled up to $54.00 and online I did see the Greek sauce for a Gyro that I ordered so when I asked for that particular sauce they wanted a $1.00 so I told them just take back the TWO sauces that were selected and exchange that for the sauce I wanted. They made a Big Deal over that Sauce and Claimed they couldn’t do it that way. ( yeah right). I spend my money where it’s welcomed so is My very first and Last visit.. All over a Dollar and some Greek Sauce but Guaranteed if I was Spanish they would have given me the sauce with no problem and the Dollar wouldn’t have been an Issue.I Will NEVER return!! Enjoy the $54.00 though.
Food is tasty, not healthy enough to eat often but every once in a while this comfort food will do.
So I used to order the Pollo De Chicharon and I would get the veggies and rice for my side. So apparently they changed it to were now it automatically comes with French fries and if I wanted to substitute the fries for the veggies I'd have to pay extra money. That's not fair. Sardis yall need to change that rule.
