The service was horrible. We had to wait an extremely long time for our food. It wasnât crowded so Iâm not sure what the problem was. The waitress took her sweet time coming to the table to ask us if we needed anything. On top of that the gratuity is included which isnât fair if you get poor service. The food was bland and the cookie was burnt. We will not be returning.
I got the Jambalaya. I'm from Louisiana, so that was more in the lines of a Gumbo. Still, very good but not traditional Louisiana Jambalaya.
The atmosphere was a vibe. The dj was killing it! The service was good!! The food was just okay!! I liked it. I would go back.
We had a large group, when it was time to settle the tab, we were told it’s too hard to split the tab and wanted us to figure it out. The mixed drinks were not good. Who messes up a margarita? This restaurant/bar is next to a large resort that hosts many conferences. I assume they are counting on the flow if one time business. I wouldn’t go back.

The atmosphere was great. The food was so good. We highly recommend sitting in Alijah's section. He was a phenomenal waiter!
Held a get together for 40 people while attending a conference at the gaylord. The food was really good but the drinks weren't nearly as strong as you would have expected. We were there about 2 and 1/2 hours and spent $1,900 in food and drink charges plus tip. They only assigned us one waiter who only work there for 3 weeks prior to our get together. I cannot remember his name but I would have him come work for me any day. Very efficient. Very fast. Very attentive. Very detailed. Surprisingly with 40 people in attendance he was able to walk around and remember who actually ordered what. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is due to the weakness of the drinks.

It was not to bad a place. At least the look was interesting. The music is loud but for a bar like setting so I can understand it. The service was not to bad. The security joked with me and my group walking in, but the service was just ok. They actually got the order wrong, and the food while warm was far from perfect. But if you were just looking for a place and noting else was open at night it was a fine location if you do not mind the noise.
terrible service and also blocking off mobility aids is definitely illegal. Having a security officer say crude things to someone is disgusting and then a manager not even apologizing but just telling you to stop being upset? horrible. Do not recommend AT ALL.
