The staff was very unprofessional and rude. They were rushing us to order. They also messed up our order. Overall, bad experience with the staff.
Sandwich was great, had to go with my second choice though because they were out of chicken. How can you be out of chicken at lunch time. Oh well.
I have work at the Harbor for over 12 years, and this was a really bad experience at Potbelly, staff was very rude, at the beginning I thought maybe they are having a bad day, I work in services too, and I understand that, to my surprise more clients started to arrive, different race (Caucasian and afro american) better treatment, even called them honey. Is either for some reason the staff didn't like us, (although we were polite) or they don't like Hispanic people. I am not the kind of person that love giving reviews, but this time it was too obvios, and left a bad taste in my mouth.
I was visiting from Chicago, it’s 12:30pm asked for 3 soups. I was given cold soups, asked to have them heated got an attitude abs still got cold soups. They refused to make strawberry shakes, and no cookies at all.
We have eaten in Potbelly's before, and it always has been good. This one had dirty tables and trash on the floor. The sandwich was not good, to wet with what ever. My wife had Roast Beet, not a good one. Usually this chain is quite good for a sandwich shop, this one does not match up to the franchise.
Milkshake was delicious and sun was pretty good but the workers were rude and talked to me like i was stupid

Let’s be honest, you came to this location expecting what you usually get at your neighborhood Potbelly. I gave 2 stars because the sandwiches are consistent. But the cleanliness, the service, and the overall atmosphere here rings of “I don’t give a blank”. This is last resort if you’re at National Harbor, go treat yourself!

We picked up sandwiches from Potbelly and while they weren't the best I've ever had from a Potbelly, they were fantastic. The toasted subs were very crushed and the bread crust flaked off of the sandwich.
