Dining room closes at 10 on a Saturday. Google maps should reflect this or they could at least put a sign on the door. Waited in line and got ignored.Also insanely unsanitary, not one employee wearing gloves or changing gloves or washing hands.There is restaurant etiquette and then there is zero restaurant etiquette.Not to mention the private security with a gun... If y'all have that many problems at least partner with the local Police department.
With price's going up you expect to get good quality food from these fast food restaurants and not food that warm and hard and you like did I taste the shrimp are just all batter. With that being said I order popeyes shrimp tackle box. Let's just say I was disappointed.

Really bad customer service in here which is regrettable. Better watch out for Diamond , one of the most rude employees in the store . What a staff they have here. Hopefully this help the management. I was just trying to get my order and unfortunately some items were missing and I was working with one of the employees to switch up with some of what they have. That is it . That is exactly the moment when Diamond just jumped in saying just canceled the order we don’t have anything, obviously her coworker who was helping me disagreed with her. I say something back to her : your coworker is trying to help me so I can switch up some items missing and you just jumped in saying you don’t have anything .What an employee? She doesn’t even care . Making money for the store or not she is getting pay, so how can she think about making money for the store by helping the customer switched up some items to make his order. Started arguing with me. The worst Popeyes in the USA, I am new to the country, I went to this store to buy chicken, I don't know how to speak English but most of the stores I go to are always friendly and try to help me, I made the serious mistake of going to this place, I started speaking in Spanish to the cashier and she scared me because she immediately started laughing in my face just for speaking in Spanish, she is a thin young woman, black and she smelled bad, it seemed that she had not taken a bath for days, she asked for help A woman who was very kind, according to her, could speak Spanish, but she did not understand anything I was saying, in short, the cashier kept making fun of me for speaking Spanish, I do not understand how the manager can have such an unpleasant and xenophobic person cashier, if you are hispanic or do not speak english, stay away from this place before you have the worst experience here in the united states.

The chicken doesn't have any taste anymore it's just greasy the best thing in there is the biscuits and the strawberry jelly the french fries are stale unless you ask them for French fresh french fries but it's not good it's real greasy that in Kentucky fried Chicken should be closed down
