I was here at noon she said they have not fried mild wings they only have hot wings, then fry some wings what are you doing all day everyone wants wings! Went to the next popeyes they had wings manager need to be fired! They never said we can fry you some wings do you mind waiting.. Let's you know they are lazy and want you to eat what's already ready will not stop here again...
I went to this Popeyes in Eastover shopping center to get their special which was 10 pieces of chicken 2 large sides and 5 biscuit for $25.00 . When I got home I found 3 pieces of the 10 were half of breasts.. yes that’s right they cut breast in halves and called that 2 piece. What was very upset with this . For one it was not a mistake . And Two they thought I would be so dumb I could see it . But the worst is I called customer service. They told me the store was going to contact me but they never did . So I called customer service again and they tried to tell me they called . But why customer service couldn’t just refunded me instead of having me go to an uncomfortable situation with this establishment. It’s was evident they did not care.
Good chicken bad management. They are often understaffed to where there is usually 1 cashier to take inside orders and the manager is making orders for the drive-thru. The same front cashier is also the one making your orders so the line is usually to the door around dinner time. There is no separate line for pickup orders. You are better off ordering when you get there so you know your food is hot.
Awful customer service I went to order I walked on just stare no greeting no nothing and she was the manager. Her plastic gloves were dirty as hell I hoping she did not touch my food with them. Never again will I go there I go across the bridge to back where I feel appreciated that location should be shut down
Slow and ghetto customer service. The days of good customer service here are over. I will bypass this to location and drive to VA just to receive better service.
No condiments were pack with my orders. I specially added in my order. It listed bold on my receipt but was not added. Totally unacceptable

Awful!!!! Need a food inspector to investigate this place. Order food that made my whole family sick. Will NEVER dine with this and all other establishments again.
Slow and food tasted like crap…. What else would you expect in the hood.
