I placed an order in app NO CONTACT delivery for me and my one year old son. Estimated delivery time was about 35 mins but an hour later I’m checking my app and still no delivery notice. I call the store to figure out what’s going on with my order and an woman the manager answer stating that “they took the order back and voided the transaction because I didn’t answer the phone when they called for delivery”????? I requested NON CONTACT delivery THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER BECAUSE I COULDN’T GET TO THE PHONE! all my other deliveries are usually left at the door why this was different idk but the manager was extremely rude and wouldn’t explain why it’s wasn’t left at the door and then placed me in a hold she would never take me off of she is rude and nasty and now my child is out of an lunch till I find other accommodation for him. Lost a customer and will tell others not to spend their money here as well
They are TERRIBLE! THE LADY HUNG UP AND HAD A HUGE ATTITUDE! LIKE WHAT THE heck seriously. If you hate your job so much, leave! I had to go in person to order the pizza, and the girl still had an attitude. They were super unfriendly and disrespectful. I never would recommend going here!
The Worst Pizza Hut I ever been.Some howMy order got skipped and ended up waiting almost half an hour for a Cheese Pizza.Never Ever going again to a Pizza Hut in Oxon Hillls.Nothing like Arlington, Virginia.That's Pizza with a Top Costumer Service.
Update review. Dec 2021.5 starts for food taste.Love pizza hut.. mostly the HOT WINGS.ORDER online every week or twice week.....Before I give tips to the crew for pick up orders but I been notice always something is wrong with my orders ? please associate make sure the orders are right please.... order curbside pick up (contactless) Im or pick up person still have to go inside to get the food.??♀️..
The website is very easy to use. The time frame for when my order would be ready was spot on. And the food was fresh and hot and delicious. Prefer The Hut over any other Pizza Franchise out there
This is unbelievable since 7:53 they had me waiting for my order. I called and they had me on hold for 15 minutes and come to find out they didn’t even do my order. It’s 11pm and I haven’t received my food and they don’t answer the phone no more. This is the worse Pizza Hut.
The pizza I ordered was hot and fresh. However the cheese sticks that came with my order were OLD and did not taste fresh. Had to throw them away. Please ensure that when people order their entire order is FRESH.
they always provide Good product. I think the dining room is open but when's the last time you went to a restaurant for a pizza party. Wings here are always perfect. Tip the kids because they always have good attitudes.

My pizza was ready as promised, it was enjoyed by my daughter and myself. I am grateful to find a Pizza Hut close to me since many have been closed. We have been sharing with others about our experience and how convenient it is. Thank you. Keep up the great work and excellent prizza.
