Delicious ? best crab cakes in the area… we had the Sandwich and it was well worth the 25 dollars.
One of my favorite crab cake spots without all the fuss. I’m never disappointed when I stop by here on the way to my home in Accokeek Md. as you can see all crab cake, this is the 8oz version.
The food was really good, portions were a little small and it was over priced. I would probably get the crabcakes again with the french fries covered in crab meat they were delicious. I think they are called crab fries. Make sure u bring your American Express. Your gonna need it. Pricey!! Inside MGM!!
Anytime I'm in the area, I will ensure that I get these crabcakes and it's a Wednesday (discount for vets and first responders). Indescribably delicious!

The crabcakes are nothing to joke about. They are delicious
One Sunday, they did not give me my complete order and then went back the following Sunday and my Shrimps were rubbery to eat, had to throw them away. The shrimp were overcooked and leftovers. Can't get to talk to a manager re it - they put you on hold and never come back to the phone.
The food looked good and sounded good because I’m from the South and know good seafood. I spent over $40 for me and my daughter lunch and we left more on the plate to throw out that actually eat. I should have known by observing the crowd. No one was patronizing Pappas but Saigon Street was packed and people was still coming with satisfaction on their face. I do not recommend Pappas Crabcakes.
I came and saw 3 people working here. Two people working the front and the cook in the back. This has been going on for some time but clearly everyone needs a job. Ms. Marva had a super pleasant smile and demeanor that kept ppl standing in line. She should be getting paid $30/hour. I don’t know how these women did it with grace, but mgm or papas crab cake owners should be ashamed of themselves for not stepping u to the plate on their establishment.
