Price gouging - 20 oz coca cola products on menu but they give you 16.9 oz bottles

I Uber eats ordered but I don’t know what the hell was the problem,my order took entirely to long I waited over an hour “meal being prepared” and I called twice and no one answered so I cancelled the order?
Great service, they were attentive while I was sitting and waiting for my online order.I walked in and saw a long line of customers, so instead of going up to ask I waited until everyone had their chance to order. Though I waited an extra 5 mins, the server noticed me waiting patiently and tended to my needs.The employees are respectful and courteous. Great service is all I can say.
For most of my visits the food at this location was really good. The last two visits were not so good. Which was really surprising. The food was extremely dry and the rice was hard. My most recent visit days ago. There was extreme rush to prepare orders. I should have known to check before leaving. Eventhough, I confirmed with the preparer. The picture I posted in photos was not the orange chicken, sweet fire chicken breast with mixed greens. On the plus side. I was able to give it to someone else who could eat it but had no monetary. Listening to your customers goes a long way! Check your bags too.
I ordered my food online. I get home and this what i open my box to. I ordered beef and broccoli but it seems like it’s only broccoli.
They are sooo slow! Way to slow yo have food already prepared.
They close at 10pm not 9:30pm. Food is constantly good.
