Muy buena la atención la comida
Great experience and beautiful setup. Loved the vibe. Food was amazing.
The employees working the evening we were there were wonderful, approachable, and hospitable. The food was great and I loved how they provided options for your preferred level of spice with the chicken entrees. You choose your seating and order your food and pay for the bill through your phone with the QR code provided at the tables. Great atmosphere and I liked the outdoor seating arrangement as well.
I would give this place a 10 if possible. We have been visiting National harbor for several year now and each time we are satisfied. This time was even better. Warm African ambience, great music, good and friendly customer service and delicious Chicken. On 6/8/22 we self ordered but we needed the receipt. We forgot to ask for it, we went back for it and the manager on duty ( forgot to check his name, but tall slender in locks) gladly took time to search and print it for us. Great restaurant! Keep it up!
As the world’s biggest Nando’s fan I was super excited to find this location only 100 meters from our Hotel. The store was beautiful inside and the service was fast and friendly. The food tasted fantastic, it was the perfect end to a wonderful day in DC.
A bit disappointed really. Brussels were nice, the portions of peas and cauliflower were on the meager side. My chicken breast was charred and dried out as well.
The food and atmosphere were spectacular. I'm only giving four stars instead of five because it took 15 minutes after getting our food to finally get our drinks. We kept trying to get the attention of the staff but they were busy talking to one another and playing on cell phones. Finally one lady at the drink station saw us trying to get someone's attention and asked what we needed. We explained we hadn't gotten our drinks yet and could really use them. Imagine if we had gotten the really spicy sauce...we would have melted! You order thru qr code on your phone and pay the same way before getting your food. The only time you see staff at your table is when they seat you or bring you your food.
Having never eaten here before, I decided to take a chance. I am glad I did. The menu was an eclectic blend of African, Cuban and Portuguese fare with a spicy sauce called Peri-Peri, made from a Portuguese pepper. I had the chicken tenders, medium spiced, with rice, greens and HummusI left sated and satisfied. The staff was great and ordering was a snap with the Mando app. Hat's off!
New Opening across the street from where I'm staying. Not impressed with the partially fire grilled chicken that should taste like it's been marinating for 24 hours. It looks like slightly boiled/ baked chicken that's placed on a grill for a grilled look. But only one side grilled.. and if it wasn't for the sauce in the box, it would be Favorless. I make better Wings than this. So, tired it & no need again. And the "yellow rice" it was cooked.. I excepted great Favors..
Was able to get good seating since the other restaurants were fully booked. The hostess, Jordan, took care of us very well. The food was spectacular and full of flavor and spice. If your outta-town or in-town, this is the place to go. Thank you Nando’s for an amazing and pleasant dinner experience.
